Literally called 7 other companies just to simply get a quote on a water heater replacement. None of them would give me a price over the phone. All of them wanted to send a technician to the house to look before quoting a price...of course charging a service fee. Zimmerman s came to the house and was trying to talk me into a price literally triple what Bowmans gave me. HL Bowman was the only one to give me a price on the phone. I spoke to Corey around 245pm on a Friday and told him my situation. They didn t have any other techs available so he came by and did the replacement himself that same day. Had the entire job complete by 5pm. Great service and great prices...highly recommend their service.

I highly recommend HL Bowman! Two years ago they installed a new water heater in our home and the experience was great so I had no hesitation calling them for another plumbing issue. This year we had a leak under our kitchen sink (old house, old pipes) and needed the water supply line replaced. Scheduling the service was very easy. I was at work, so I started with an online chat and then someone called me a hour later to set up the appointment. The person I spoke with was very professional and up front with their pricing and payment methods so I knew what to expect. They value your time by calling you 30 minutes before arriving so you're not wasting your day waiting around the house. Our plumber, Corey, was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work. The whole job was completed in under 2 hours, including him leaving the house to pick up a part and return. He clearly explained the work completed and tested everything to make sure the job was done correctly.

I hired H L Bowman, Inc. to repair my Central Heating System, the tech came out and changed a part and left, was still having problems, they came out again and charged me $99 and told me everything was fine, then they came out a 3rd. time and put in a thermostat and my system is still running, my monthly heating bill this month was over $700 and that is a lot more than I usually pay, I feel that I was taken advantage of because the job was not done properly

Fast response following initial contact for emergency oil furnace repair. Technician was able to determine the problem and rectify it in a timely manner. Technician was able to answer my questions regarding other heating inquiries. Very reasonable price.

Prompt friendly service and got the sinks and toilet and shower cleared. A word of advice...don’t use flushable, septic baby wipes! Caused the blockage and cost a lot to remove all of it!

The service man spent about 1 hour and 25 minutes repairing a pipe. When finished he sat in my drive way for about 30 minutes. I assumed he was eating lunch as it was around 12:30. When I got my bill, they billed for 2 hours of labor. I guess I paid for his lunch hour too. Over charging on labor time in not cool. I will look elsewhere next time.
