 + 0 moreDon't be in a hurry for service. Do stop and take advantage of the small boutique store. He will replace watch batteries as well.
Description of Work: I just stopped in after seeing the sign. It was surprisingly quite a busy litttle shop for a weekday. I patiently waited, as there were only two people working there. I was recognized immediately, and the girl apologized for the wait. I simply needed additional links added to my Swiss watch. When Joel finally got free, he helped me right away, while I waited. I was amazed that I was not asked just to drop it off. I am sure the low price was due to the fact that he was building goodwill and his future business. It is a small shop with new and used jewelry and watches, and is definitely worth stopping at for repairs.

 + 0 moreWe followed them from the previous place they were at. They are good people. He did such a good job on my mom's engagement ring that I could hardly believe it. I burst into tears when he was finished with it and I picked it up.
Description of Work: We use the Gem Jewelry Repair & Sale. We took over our gold and silver to him and he purchased it a batter rate than a lot of other places do. We have bought, sold, traded, and we have had repairs too. He fixed my mom's engagement ring so I could wear it.
