EXCELLENT SERVICE VERY PROFESSIONAL. We have been looking for someone to service our gas fireplace for the last couple of years with no luck. Finally a neighbor gave me Mike's card. He was very professional, cleaned it all up & replaced one defective part. Fireplace now looks & works like new. Would highly recommend.

He contacted me when he was on his way, he was VERY punctual, was very professional and friendly. He cleaned the entire fireplace like he was doing his own. When he was done I asked if it was ever serviced before as the home is ten years old and it was extremely dirty and he said that he didn't think that it was ever done before. Mike went right to work, cleaned the inside of some parts, and fixed the problem. Very efficient and organized. Knew exactly what to do.

Mike identified he issue and resolved it. He found stink bugs in the burner throat and cleared them out. He did a general cleaning while he was there as well. He uses an app to track your appointment. It tells you when your job is scheduled, when he is on his way, and summarizes your visit. He accepts credit card payments.

Could not have been better! Appt. was scheduled in 2 weeks which was very reasonable considering the holiday season. The technician/owner?? was on time (even a bit early), professional, and helpful giving me a tutorial on the operation of the fireplace.

Mike took the entire insert apart , thoroughly cleaned it and replaced the very noisy fan. I was leaning toward replacing the whole unit and now I am not- making my husband quite happy. He was very professional and it was a pleasure to have him do this repair.

We previously had a different company service tech check it out and their conclusion was that we needed a part(s) that were no longer made and the ONLY solution was to COMPLETELY replace our insert with a new one. Mike was able to diagnose the problem with our fireplace insert, determine what parts we actually needed and best of all, he was able to secure those parts and return in 2 days. Our fireplace insert is again working just in time for our brisk cool fall days. And the cost was significantly less than completely replacing the insert. Mike has made us a very satisfied customer.

Mike was terrific! We had a leak in our gas fireplace. Unfortunately Mike was unable to repair it due to the fact that the brand of logs we have are no longer manufactured. He was very friendly and gave me a straightforward explanation of the problem. Despite coming out and spending a significant amount of time with me he didn't charge me anything. Beautifully. Mike took care of the problem in about 5 minutes. Just needed batteries inside the small box in the fireplace. I had changed the battery in the remote but was unaware that there were batteries somewhere else. Mike has handled the service & any repairs for my fireplace for years. His service has always been excellent.
