Description of Work: The wood rotted on the outside of the door frame due to weathering. They were able to remove the rotted wood from the frame and replace it, caulk it, and painted the whole frame.

Description of Work: He took out a leaky tub surround. Installed new wall board, insulation and tiled the shower area tub to ceiling. They did a beautiful job. I will be using them in the future. Can't say enough good things about Mark

Description of Work: Mark installed 2 ceiling fans for us. One in a bedroom, one in the vaulted sun room. There was a slight hiccup as when Mark was first scheduled to come out he called to confirm. Since I never responded he made another appointment. Completely my fault, just be sure to call him back if he leaves a message confirming your appointment. When I contacted him he called back right away and rescheduled for a week later. He was very punctual and was in and out in the time he estimated - 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend Fixxit. Mark is friendly, does great work and has very reasonable rates.

Description of Work: They removed and replaced a section of my sub-flooring, installed a tri-set of of bi-fold closet doors and a dual style custom curtain/drapery rod. Everything was done perfectly and timely. I would not hesitate to hire Mark again for any projects around my home.
