When I called them it was for an estimate. They asked me if I was over the age of 65. I said yes, hoping for that (now elusive in most places) senior discount. They told me that, as long as I had ID, their services were FREE up to 3 times a year! Well, I was a little wary, but you can't beat free! So, I scheduled them on a Saturday at 3:00pm. The girl was very presentable (i forget her name) and she hopped right to it! In a little over an hour and a half, she had done everything they said she'd do, and it was done right! I tipped her before she left because she deserved it. My home is clean, I am happy. Better yet, these services are free up to 3 times a year! Well, I will be calling them again, also recommending them to a few friends that are UNDER the age of 65 :) I asked the girl why her company does this for free, especially since the service seems top-notch and it takes away from her customer base. She told me how hard it is to get into the service business and that she wanted to give something back in any way she can anyhow. I guess she figures this will earn her referrals, but it seems she genuinely WANTED to help. Oh, and she polished my stainless steel.
