 + 0 moreThe house wouldn't pass inspection and they refused to fix the issues until after we purchased the property. We didn't feel comfortable with that and wanted to get out of the contract but they wouldn't give our money back. They were working with ReMax on Mountain Road in Harrisburg. They were two separate companies but both of them just wanted money. We tried to contact the Attorney General but the company still refused to give us our money back. Their workmanship violated housing codes with electrical outlets according to the report we had done.
Description of Work: We purchased one of her properties that she was flipping. She renovates properties and her son was the listing agent for the property.

 + -1 moreShe promptly answered questions and helped us negotiate the price from the asking price of $77,900 down to $70,000. The only hiccup in the deal was a $150 fee that was missed at closing. I sent a check to Exit a few days after the closing.
Description of Work: I inquired about a cabin property that was for sale via the internet and was connected to Tammy Fromm, a realtor with Exit Realty Capital Area. Tammy was not the listing agent. She scheduled a walk-through of the cabin the next day. We engaged her as a buyer's agent.

 + -1 moreShe helped me find my home and there was nothing negative about her. She was very attentive and responsive. She provided me with a list of houses each week to look at. She really helped me focus while having a look at a house. She does a good job. I would use her again in the future.
