Description of Work: I use Eshenaur on a regular basis for all my plumbing and heating. I have used them for over 10 years. I use them because they are punctual, good mannered, and guarantee their work. I've called when I've had problems and they have always come and I feel they still believe in good customer service. I plan on having my oil tank replaced by them in the near future.

Description of Work: The business sells me propane and does a good job working with that, but the plumbing department leaves a lot to be desires. The plumber that came out fixed my tub wrong, had to come out again and didn't appreciate it. After he left I had to call another company to complete the leaking spicket. I contacted his manager to complain and they didn't want to hear about it and said they had no record of the plumbing call.
