Absolutely horrible experience, the installers did a terrible job, they made a mess of the house, took things from drawers, we were missing medication, jewelry, I even lost my ski suit! Don’t hire these people whatever you do, worst mistake ever! Also, the owner who was a fairly miserable gentleman kept hitting on my wife and touching her shoulder. It made her very uncomfortable! Beware, hide your valuables, make sure your children are safe, then go ahead and hire them.

I wanted to get it done because there was a government rebate on it. Excellent. I give them A’s right across the board.

I found this company on Angie's list on Monday and made an appointment for Wed. (90-degree weather). The telephone scheduler was helpful and professional and Marc, the service technician, was wonderful. He arrived on time, with an advance call to let me know he was on his way; he patiently explained the issues; and he offered helpful suggestions. He was friendly yet very professional, and the price was reasonable. I would absolutely use this company again.

Company was great to work with, from the office scheduler to the service technician. The technician was very friendly, answered questions, gave me some easy maintenance tips and explained the potential issues for near future. Overall, great experiance. Will look to them for heat service.

Company was extremely accommodating to my schedule. Made phone call in the mid-morning and service tech was here in the early afternoon. Service tech was very polite and offered some options for us to consider. Explained what he found and went over the companies service plan. We look forward to have them come out again when service is needed.

Great. The technician was very adept at his trade and very professional. He couldn't have been any nicer. Everything was fully explained to me in detail. He even cleaned the floor where he was working. I am very pleased with the work that was done. The reason I rated responsiveness a c is because I called on Monday about a clogged toilet my only one in the house and was told someone would be here in the afternoon. No one showed and no calls by 5:30 pm, so I called and was told very nicely that there was another family with a water emergency that required more work than was expected. I perfectly understand this, however, I would have appreciated a phone call. In all fairness I then told her it could wait till the next day because I didn't want to be charged for after hours rates. The next day someone arrived by 10:am. In retrospect, perhaps my expectations were a bit too high as these things happen in that business. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would hire again.

Our unit is older and they did a good job getting it back online. He actually came out on a Sunday, which I definitely appreciate. I’d recommend him!
