I had called several times in the last few months. I am still waiting on a person to come to check out why the window won’t lock. My patients wore out. Time to write a review.

Great team of workers, job done quickly and efficiently. Really pleased with the outcome. Loved the amount of communication from sales down to completion of job. Constantly keeping us in the loop and feeling like everyone was on top of the job. I love driving up my street and slowing down as I approach our house and looking at my brand new beautiful black metal shingled roof. A dozen friends have already commented to us that it has added value to our home. Thank You All Very Much.

I give this company and their product a "5" star rating from sales to installation. We were fully informed every step of the way with no surprises. Installation of all windows in our older home took one day with no fuss and no mess left behind. This company has a high quality product which they stand by. I highly recommend this company!

They came out to explain the entire procedure and give us, not an estimate, but the exact amount to complete the job. This meant there would be no surprises after completion. The window was installed within a few weeks. They came on time and installed the window in just a few hours. They were professional, courteous and totally cleaned up after completion. I couldn't be happier with the results or with the company.

The man who came to our door told us about the products Erie Construction offers, and we inspected the roof together inside and out. It was determined that we should begin work as soon as possible. The salesman showed us the product and explained the pricing and warranty. As soon as it was possible they began the work. The crew doing the job was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner even though the weather did interfere. We would definitely recommend Erie to anyone who asks about our good looking new shingles.

I received an estimate from another company (for a considerable price difference). The competitor walked atop my roof, took the necessary measurements and promptly provided a written estimate. I was expecting the same process from Erie; however, that is far from what I received. The process began in a similar fashion, with an inspection atop the roof, which took much longer. An inspection was then performed on the underside of the roof through an access panel into a crawl space. Once that was complete, photos were provided to me, along with explanations on the “hidden” issues of my roof. As a written estimate was being provided, I was provided with the background of the company, their products, service, installation process and follow-up. Although the price was somewhat higher, I felt a higher level of quality was being provided. Due to the upcoming holidays, the start of the roof replacement was around 10 days, instead of within a day or two. At the end of each day, the roof installer made a point to relay the progress of the day, whether or not any issues had arisen and the progress they expected to make the following day. The crew did a good job of ensuring that the work site was cleaned-up at the end of each day. I also receive a follow-up call within a week, as I was promised. The roof looks great and I will not hesitate to recommend Erie Construction to anyone who is considering having the roof (re-)-done.

Working with Erie was a great experience. The representatives were very knowledgeable of their products, and very helpful in every step of the process. Erie may not be the least expensive company to work with, but the quality of work, and the materials used more than make up for the higher cost. The installers were friendly, punctual, and went above and beyond to not only install a top quality roof, but also to clean up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Erie Construction to anyone needing remodeling done on their home.

Very rude and unprofessional. I received a call minutes before my scheduled appointment saying that they were "busy" and can't make the appointment and wanted to reschedule and I said no. I understand things come up but to call mins before an appointment is not acceptable from a so called professional. The caller rudely asked why since you already made an appointment and apologized saying he is not perfect like I obviously am. I said this was your time and I reorganized my schedule and I have other contractors coming for estimates as well. He than became more agitated and I said I'll just go with another company. Needless to say when the salesman from the other company arrived he was even a few mins early. I will not be using erie for any of my remodeling. Very unprofessional and rude.

The whole job was a very good experience. From the sales to the installation. There was one window that was made wrong at factory, but it was corrected and installed in quick fashion. The windows look great and I have already been able to tell a difference in the electric when it comes to heating and cooling. Oh, and they look great also! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to you. Besides replacing all my windows, they also replaced my sliding glass door, all my outside shutters and put on a storm door. The entire job was done in one 8 hour day. Very happy!
