Enviroquest - Home Inspections and Radon Service

Brent was so great to work with! He was straight forward and communicative, going into detail where he needed to, and turned out an incredibly thorough report that my wife and I plan to use as reference for many years to come. I can’t recommend Enviroquest enough to conduct your home inspection.

Office communicated. Had a signed contract with pricing for the install. I was able to pay via credit card very easily over the computer. Installer was professional and cleanliness up after himself. Owner called to verify my satisfaction with the work. Post radon test was below the allowed amount of radon. Highly recommend this company.

From estimation of cost to a plan for completion, Environquest exceeded my expectations. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner with courtesy and explanations that I could understand. The worksite was left neat and clean by the installers of the system of mitigation. I was especially pleased by the individualization of placement based on my basement configuration. All vents, motors were placed in an efficient, thoughtful, and unobtrusive manner. They considered the color of my house and matched the down spout with my spouting

After some initial misunderstandings, the job was completed and our Radon levels were reduced to 2.4.

I have used Enviroquest about three or four times in the past but don't believe I have ever written a review. Each time they have done excellent work. I met with John Staz (the owner I believe) this time and he was extremely helpful in diagnosing two issues I had at a property. Both problems were resolved very easily with his help. I highly recommend Enviroquest.

I recommend Enviroquest to my clients all the time and they are always happy. Enviroquest is diligent, professional, and just good at what the do. And they install Radon Mitigation systems themselves! (which most inspections companies don't do) Can't go wrong with Enviroquest for all your home inspection needs!

Technicians were on time and completed work within 45 minutes. Offered alternatives at estimate visit but I chose to replace and reconfigure rather than just replace

The inspector arrived right on time at the property and he was very professional. He took the time to explain in detail everything he was doing during the inspection. We received our general report that same day. The only thing that took longer was the radon test report, but this happened because they send it to a laboratory, but as soon as they got the results back they sent it right away and they even send a quote for the mitigation system shortly after. Great service and prices.

The installation went well with no issues. They did however have to return the following week to install an additional support bracket for the upper portion of the vent pipe which had been blown loose by the wind. In retrospect they admitted they probably should have installed the additional bracket when they were here initially.

I felt Dave did an excellent job on my home inspection. I was onsite during inspection and he showed me and explained everything he found. So really there were no surprises when I actually received my inspection report. Would highly recommend them if you are in need of a home inspection.

The installation went well, both installers arrived within the provided time frame and finished the job within a few hours as expected. They installed the system where I had desired it to go (hidden as much as possible) in the utility room in the corner and they routed the piping/ductwork outside by the chimney stack to further conceal the looks of the system. My reading while low at 5.1 was still higher than the recommended 4.0 level so I wanted a system in place for peace of mind. After I sent them back the retest kit they left I received my results back within 3 days or so and my reading was down to a 0.4 well below the recommended level. Both installers were friendly and did answer my questions and concerns and explained to me the process of the system. Overall I would recommend Enviroquest again for anyone who needs a Radon System installed.

Excellent price. Very professional. Scheduled the job right away, and they were on time...done in a day. Extremely neat. Located the outside pipe in the best place, can't even tell it is there from most angles of the home. System was explained well. Right away radon levels dropped well below required levels. Documentation was generated to confirm.

The installer showed up on time, went right to work, installed the radon system, and did a great job of cleaning up. The cost was reasonable ... I have had radon systems installed in previous homes, so I have a good frame of reference. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone.

We hired Enviroquest to come look at the existing radon remediation system on the house we had just purchased and had inspected. They provided a free estimate of $350 to replace the motor, and the tech walked me through how the system works, why he thought the motor was the culprit, and informed me that the motor they would recommend as a replacement would be a stronger motor at roughly $20 more than the existing motor. He said they highly recommended upgrading the motor, but that they would certainly use a direct replacement if we wanted to save the $20. Once we settled on the house, we hired them to come out and actually make the repair. The tech (different from the first) quickly replaced the motor, and also provided us with a radon level test that we will be using shortly to make sure the levels are under 4 PiCu/L per EPA guidelines. I suspect the system will work fine now, but will update this review if anything comes up. I would definitely use Enviroquest again.
