I've been using their services for 20 years. They come on a regular basis. I'm happy with them.Their prices are fair and the quality of their work is very good. They're responsive and punctual. If I need them in between visits they come back and don't charge nothing.

They have good service and are reliable.

They came back three times to take care of the problem and I really appreciated that. They did a really good job. They have got rid of the ants and I haven’t really seen them. I would use them in the future.

I have used them for years. They do an excellent and thorough job. Years ago, they helped us with a carpenter ant issue. At one point, we had some trouble with mice and they took care of that. If something comes up, they are very responsive and quick to come out to take care of the problem. They usually show up early. They are dependable and reasonably priced. They wear the booties over their shoes and are very cautious in our home.

I would rate them highly across the board.

I had a problem with wasps and within a few hours of me calling, they were here and took care of the problem and it has not returned. As far as the job they did is concerned I was satisfied, they were pretty thorough and the problems I was having disappeared and stayed away. I had a contract with them for a few years and I just cancelled in the fall. The reason was that when I started with them it was four visits a year, then it dropped to three, the price went up over a $100 a year and it seemed to me like they could not hold on to their employees, because rarely did I see the same person more then twice.

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable. It took two treatments but he told us ahead of time that it might take more than one. He was up front and knowledgeable about it. They offer a 30 day guarantee. They came out after two weeks and sprayed again free of charge. After that there were no more ants.

They called back on a sunday (emergancy on call tech) and talked us through the emergency. Came out the next day (saving us $200) and treated the same day. Gave us lots of knowledge about yellow jackets. Very helpful!!

After Phillip came out on Monday the 12th of Sept. to do a check for bed bugs (I had been waking up with bites all over my legs), he also checked around for other pests and recommended a spray treatment. My husband agreed and Kurt came out on Wednesday the 14th. Kurt and Phillip had comfirmed we didn't have bed bugs but that we may have an issue with the window air conditioning unit in our bedroom- we took their advice and removed it and I haven't been bitten since. Kurt sprayed the inside and outside of our home and placed glue traps so that we can see what type of invaders we have.We've already seen a difference in our home (We had just purchased this home, moved in in August after it has been vacant for a year). The only centipedes we've found are dead or dying and we have less spiders than before. Although their treatment was more costly that I'd prefer, I'd use them again because we have seen a great improvement when it comes to the bugs in our home.

He offered me a maintance contract, but there was on pressure to take it. He was respectful and appropiate in his representing the company. I would call them again if needed pest control and recommend them to others.

I am on a yearly contract with them and it is $10 a month. It might be a little more as the prices might have gone up. It has been a positive experience so far. I like that when I call them, they are there that day or the next day. They are very responsive. They were flexible when I had to change the scheduled dates a couple of times and it was never a problem. I have the same person who comes out every time and he knows about the problem. I love them and their service is good. He is usually early.

They are timely and provide good service.

After seeing what we thought were hornets swarming everytime we went outside, we called Erlich. Within a day we got a return call and within a week, we had someone at our house. See above for further comment

They came out once every month and they are fine. I do have a small dog and they are very responsive listening to what I don't want done because of my small dog. Their prices are a little expensive. A couple of weeks ago they just missed an appointment.

Had Ehlrich representative (Greg) come to do a free termite inspection. He found no evidence of termites and made no attempt to sell us anything. For piece of mind we had them do a treatment on the one side of our house where there is a remote chance we could have a problem in the future. Greg also gave us excellent advice regarding the source of a minor insect problem we had and how to treat it. We no longer have the problem. Technician John came and applied the treatment. Like Greg he was on time and very professional.

I haven't had any complaints about them so far. I thought they were very professional. They were very accommodating. They were responsive. They got back to me in a timely manner. They were flexible in scheduling since I have some preschoolers that I had to get a babysitter for. I was confident in their ability to do the job. I would use them again in the future based on the experience I have had so far.

I have actually had very good luck with them. The gentleman who serviced me for a while was very thorough and very friendly. They explained everything that they were going to do and they were very courteous. They didn’t take a lot of your time, but explained everything thoroughly.

We had wasps getting in our home. They found the source and treated it. When a couple more appeared they returned to deal with them. The technician was very professional and great. The sales reps do try to sell contract services though. However, it still works fine if you want only one treatment with a brief warranty.

He is very prompt and professional but also very friendly. He is very considerate of the carpets and other things at my home. He explained everything to me and took me outside to show me exactly what he would do. I have nothing bad to say about him. The job cost me $600. The company has payment agreements wherein you can pay the amount within six months without paying interest; this was the selling point for me. I am very pleased with him. If he does the work well, it should be good for atleast 10 years. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

Randy has been taking care of our pest control for years. J C Ehrlich Pest control knows that if Randy is not available when I need him that I will wait until he is. He even puts covers on his shoes before coming inside. My entire family likes Randy. I highly recommend them if you want good professional service.
