Description of Work: Cleaned 3 bedrooms a hallway and 14 steps. Seth and Evan did a fantastic job! Carpets exceeded my expectations. No more dry cleaning for me. Wish I would have done this sooner. + -1 moreSeth and Adam did an outstanding job, in all respects. This was our first time to try professionals for the carpets and are very pleased. We've retired and have been in the house two years. The wall-to-wall carpet was probably cleaned before the house went on the market, but was quickly showing our walking patterns. After hearing about the Duraclean Mother's Day special from a friend, I did a quick search on Angie's List and found favorable reviews. After a couple of calls for estimate comparisons we called Duraclean Solutions again and set an appointment for the following week. They called within the time frame window and said they were running a bit behind, but were on the way. They then arrived within ten minutes. We had removed the smaller items from the rooms but left three large, full cabinets, the heavy dining room table, two recliners and a large couch remain, not having any options. Seth explained the process, asked about moving the media and dining room cabinets (which were left in place), answered all my questions and went to work. They easily moved the table and other furniture, thoroughly cleaned the carpet paying special attention to high traffic areas and sat the moved furniture up on small styrofoam blocks. Seth then asked about adding Scotchgard protection which seemed like a good idea. I didn't realize that the drying time was at least two hours, and possibly up to six depending on temperature and humidity conditions. Turning the A/C on and getting the summer fans from the basement proved helpful. The set-up, cleaning and tear down took just over an hour. I paid for the service and they were on their way. Very professional, and personable. Highly recommended.
