I gave you a 1 only because I could not give you a zero. Our second experience with you is a total disaster. Ordered a love seat on 9/17/2020 and was told it "could be Christmas until we get delivery" and that the vendor was in Canada. Well after 17 weeks of waiting, I had to contact David's to get an update on the shipment of my order. Was told it was in transit, but was called later that day to schedule delivery, which was for Jan 25th. The morning of delivery, I was called that the delivery was cancelled since my order was a reclining chair and not a love seat. Since Monday, January 25th to today, they say they cannot get in touch with the manufacturer regarding my order. I cancelled the order and demanding my deposit returned. So customer, beware, not ALL good reviews may be legitimate. I bet they do not post this review.

They were very professional and punctual and had a very full command of design and color options. They were very patient in providing options where the two of us could align on what we wanted (getting agreement among two people is not always easy!), as well as a tolerance for my poor sense of color, etc. I love the end result. We had also contacted an independent interior designer who ultimately offered a price about 10% less for the total package, however, we just don't know if we had taken that alternative path if we would have gotten to the same selection that we are so very happy with. I expect there will always be cheaper options than David's, but I would expect to get a good outcome pretty consistently.

I was very satisfied with the results of my experiences with David's Furniture. They redecorated a bedroom for us. The company redid the carpet in the bedroom and had custom draperies made for us. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
