Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in living room, dining/kitchen area, hallway, 2 bedrooms, family room and 2 sets of stairs.

Description of Work: We are moving and had an unusual dirt pattern on the carpet in one of the rooms of our new house, not in the heavy-traffic areas but around the edges of the room and the edges of where the furniture had been. I wanted it cleaned before we moved our furniture in.

Description of Work: Kevin was my knight in shinning armor, not once, but twice. I have, had, a 120 pound German Sheppard that had a few accidents in the house as he declined. The first time Kevin came to my rescue was just before 4th July. I had nieces & nephews coming from out of state for the holiday and my big guy had explosive diarrhea in my great room. Not something one can clean up on their own. Being the height of summer carpet cleaning business EVERYONE was booked until late July. Kevin understood my situation, called his booked clients and worked to fit me in within 2 days. He took great care of not only the carpet, but also of the plants and landscaping - made certain the hoses and lines from his truck did not harm my outside plantings. The second time Kevin came to my rescue was just at the end of August when I finally lost my Sheppard. Three accidents, back to back in the formal living room, all in the same spot. Each time I cleaned off the solids, soaked up the wetness, and attempted to blot up the stain with distilled white vinegar as previously recommended to me. By the third time lets just say there was little hope for the carpet. Kevin came next day and worked his magic once again. His knowledge of and application of the right products took the stains right out. I cannot even see where the accidents happened now. I cannot say enough about the quality of work Kevin does. The final results are worth the payment. On my review I marked him as fair on price. For the effort to fit me into his schedule and his response to excrement contamination in my home, well worth the money spent. When I called around the first time trying to get someone, anyone, in to clean the great room I noticed his prices were higher than most others. I cannot speak to the quality of work the others ... perhaps their quality is reflected in pricing. I am extremely happy and content with the service Kevin provided. Being a small, family owned and operated business, I like contributing to their well being.

Description of Work: My carpets were in need of a good cleaning so I checked Angie's List. This is the first time using Angie's List. When I contacted Kevin at Complete Floor Care we spoke about the condition of my carpets. Kevin gave me a call the night before as a remiinder. I gave Kevin the sizes of the rooms and he gave me the estimate and it turned out to be almost exactly what the total was. Kevin arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment. Kevin was very professional and started working right away. He put corner protectors around the walls and furniture to protect them from the hoses. He pre-sprayed the carpet and where there areas he wasn't happy about the cleaning, he went back over them. He kept at the job until finished. The carpets are 19 years old but they look much newer after Kevin was finsihed. I will use Kevin again when I need carpets cleaned. Thanks Kevin, terrific job.

Description of Work: I had our family room carpet cleaned. It's a light colored carpet that sees a lot of activity (both the human and furry kind!). Although we had it cleaned less than a year ago, there were still some spots in heavy traffic areas that remained. Complete Floor Care pre-spotted the carpet in these areas, before starting the cleaning. Both the pre-spot treatment and cleaning solution had a light clean/citrusy scent. I was a bit concerned that my carpet would be wet for some time, as it was extremely hot and humid the day Kevin cleaned my rug. Despite the weather, my carpet was completely dry and I could place my furniture back in the room in less than 24 hours. I think the vehicle mounted extraction system they use made a big difference in the drying time. My carpet looks great - significantly "brighter"!

Description of Work: I had Kevin do two homes for me. The home I was moving into, and the home I was moving out of. He was EXTREMELY accommodating with my dates. The upstairs carpets had a black line all around the edges. They turned out beautifully. He was very professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again as needed. Highly recommended! Description of Work: We just moved into a house in Hummelstown. After a few days, I realized how dirty and stained the carpets were. My pre-schooler also spilled a gallon can of paint into the basement rug that the previous owners left with the lid ajar. Most of the rugs were stained and dirty to the point that I had a rug installer give me some estimates for replacement. The costs were prohibitive at this time, so I searched for a good rug cleaner and hoped for the best.

Description of Work: He was right on time . We had a walk through the house and we discussed what he planned do in each room. He told us that it would take about 3 or 31/2 hours.

Description of Work: Kevin Shutt, owner of CompleteFloorCare, cleaned the carpets on my first and second floors - four bedrooms, stairs, living dining room, family room and two small carpets. The work was done when scheduled and all furniture that was moved had protectors placed under it after the shampoo. Most of all I appreciated how meticulously the work was done. My carpeting looks beautiful. I'm sure that I could have gotten the carpet cleaned cheaper but I don't believe I could have gotten a better job which will help extend the life of my expensive carpet. I'll have Kevin come back and recommend him to friends.
