Kevin did a superb job. We've had our carpets professionally cleaned on an annual basis, but Kevin was able to provide superior results as compared to those our previous provider achieved. He used a variety of tools, customizing the cleaning process according to the specific needs of each area. He was efficient, professional and personable. We plan to use him in the future on an annual basis and highly recommend him.

Since Kevin is a one man business he answers all calls at night. The areas were badly soiled from people and pets tracking in black mulch and black dirt from the grounds all summer. We moved the furniture the night before we got to our house. He arrived promptly and explained the procedure and the method he would use to get out the dirt using a scrubber. He was very conscious of not hitting walls or corner; in fact he used plastic protectors for the corners as he brought the hoses in each room. After 3 hours the rooms look great! Kevin was very professional and prompt. We highly recommend his services.

Kevin was on time and upon arrival, he did a complete walk through of the project prior to setting up his equipment. He addressed all of the problem areas and explained in detail what was going to be acomplished. The result exceeded our expectations. This was our first professional carpet cleaing since the house was constructed and it came off without any problems. "Would definitely hire Kevin again".

Excellent work. I bought a house with light color carpet. I apparently was not as careful as I should have been and ended up with dark spots and stains in the living room, dining room. He took his time to remove the spots and as a result, I have a very clean carpet without spots. He may not be as inexpensive as some of these large outfits (all of whom don't have very good reviews) but he gets the job done and is I think fair in his pricing. I got a discount for being an Angies List subscriber so that was helpful.

Kevin Shutt, the owner, responded to my desperate need to have my carpet clean before unplanned guests arrive this Saturday. He provided what I thought was a fair offer over the phone and after giving me the cost he suggested I print the Angie's List coupon so I could save 10%. He scheduled the cleaning job the next day, called to let me know he was running a little late, and did a great job cleaning my steps and hallway carpeting. The carpet looks like new and I will absolutely utilize his services in the future.

Complete Floor Care did an awesome job on the rugs in my home. Have used two different companies prior and their work did not come near the job that Complete Floor did. My carpets look like new. I will never use another carpet cleaning company. Just can't say enough about the fantastic job they did. Keep up the good work Kevin!!!!

Kevin was very prompt with scheduling our cleaning. He was very educated and experienced in proper oriental rug cleaning and was able to answer all of the questions we had. On day of cleaning, Kevin was on time and even put up bumpers so our furniture wasn't scuffed by his equipment. The hardwood had no wet spots and the rugs look great! There was no large stain on rugs, but one was worn from dog use. The rug still feels and looks wonderful!

Complete Floor Care did a great job for us. There are some things you should be able to expect when you call a company to perform service such as carpet cleaning...come on time, do the great job you advertise, and pay attention to detail, and no surprises. Kevin does all of that and he does not take shortcuts. CFC uses corner protectors to ensure your corners do not get scraped by the hoses used by their truck mounted carpet cleaning machinery, and they take care with your furniture, moving things, and they pre-treat spots. In all, a great job. The price was just slightly on the high end of what we are used to paying for this service, however the work performed was most certainly on the high end of what we have expected, and Kevin provided an estimate in advance and his final bill matched the estimate, and that's the way it should be. All in all, we are pleased and will call him again in 6 months.

I have never had carpets and ceramic tile/grout professionally cleaned. Let me say it was well worth it. I have moved to a home that is approximately 10 years old and I doubt the carpet had ever been cleaned and wanted that done before we moved in. The grout, which I thought was brown on the walk through, wasn't it was supposed to be an off white. Kevin had me email the room dimensions and called me promptly with an estimate. He made a date and was here on time. I let him in and Kevin was very nice and professional, he explained what he would be doing and why. We came back later in the evening. All we could say was, "WOW". The carpet was stainless, even in places I didn't think it would have been possible to remove the grime. The grout wasn't brown anymore. We would definitely give him two thumbs up and more if we had them. He is on our 'do call' list for the next time.

Kevin had previously cleaned carpets in a motor coach we own. We were so pleased with the job he did there, we asked him to come into our home in the spring. He needed to change the appointment we'd made because of family commitments and they gave us plenty of notice to reschedule. He arrived on time, worked nearly non-stop, protected doorways and furniture that couldn't be moved, and took special precautions to block the door where his equipment entered the house so our cats couldn't escape. He cleaned very dirty carpets in 3 rooms and a ceramic tile floor that ran the length of our house. Our 20-year-old carpets and tile look like new! We plan on having him return to clean upholstery next.

As Kevin has done in the past, he did a wonderful job. He arrived on time, spotted the carpet and continued to complete the job. We were very pleased with the results. Thank you Kevin.

Completely satisfied with the experience.

Everything went as expected.

We have been in our home for over 12 years and the grout in the tiled kitchen floor, which was not originally sealed, was so discolored we thought it was beyond help. We tried multiple cleaners on the market, but nothing worked with any long term effect, plus it was difficult, physical work to clean it. We went to Angie's List to search for possible contractors who could clean floor tile grout. After looking at several companies and their marks and comments, we decided to call Complete Floor Care. We called and left a message. The message was returned very quickly and we decribed the problem over the phone and provided the estimated square footage of the kitchen. We received a quote via email and set a date. Complete Floor Care (Kevin) showed up exactly on time. He spent about an hour and a half conducting the grout cleaning. The result was amazing. It was like brand new. We arranged for them to come the next day to seal the grout (we wanted to let the grout dry a little) and they showed up on time for that as well. Grout was fully sealed also in about an hour and a half. On both days, Complete Floor Care took great efforts to prep all work areas and we had no issues. The company did an outstanding job and we would recommend them as a good, reliable company. Final bill for us was $392.73.

He arrived promptly on day of service, was very courteous and conscientious and did an excellent job overall. Final price was just below the quote with a 5% discount since I had learned about his services on Angie's List. Will definitely hire him again and highly recommend him!

Kevin arrived on time and did a great job. As it was a coach, we were very concerned about the amount of moisture that was going to be put in to the carpet. He listened to our concerns and got the job done using minimal moisture. The coach's floor are like new! We will call him, again, in the spring to clean our furniture and carpet and tile floors in our home.

Mr Shutt arrived on time. My carpet was really a mess! He was very helpful with suggestions of what would work best for my situation. I was 150% satisfied with the results. Did a very good job. Would highly recommend.
