Five years ago, we used Classic rock for a quartz countertop and they were excellent. But today we contacted them for some basic information and were completely blown off. Apparently they only work through contractors now and the person who answered the phone was in no way shape or form interested in assisting us either directly or with a referral. What a shame - they do good work but i guess they are no longer interested in customer service.
Description of Work: No services. We could not get past the receptionist.

We are a wholesale fabricator. The first year or two we were open we did a few jobs direct but stopped that practice as we found these interfered with our work as a wholesaler. This is also why we do not make recommendations, we found if we suggest someone in their area and the customer ends up somewhere else but mentions that we suggested another company it can cause an issue. We did work directly with you a few years ago. We will no longer do that, and I'm sorry this practice upsets you but this is the business plan we are sticking with.

We hired Classic Rock at the suggestion of South Salem Woodshop.....These guys were GREAT!! They were professional, friendly, and paid amazing attention to detail!! Tony and Adam stayed until 8pm to make sure the work was perfect (We did not ask them to do this, or even show concern about the work). ON THEIR OWN - they stayed late to make it perfect!!
