Their price was right and they did an okay job.

They promised I’d have the work done within 10 days, but it ended up taking 4 months. The product, however, is very good, and the quality of the materials are good. The technicians left a mess; I had to clean up nails in the yard. I also had a leak, which they came out 4-5 times to fix. They used some sort of caulking compound that dissolved with rain, which they also had to fix. I did some research and bought some caulking that now doesn’t leak. Every time we called, they would come out to take care of the problem, but it was ongoing. They wound up tearing panels out and their installers weren’t the best. However, we’re very happy with the sunroom.

The service was fantastic. They did a great job overall at what I thought was a fair price!

The sales experience was average. The product was described accurately with one exception. We were told that they manufactured the product. We later discovered that they assemble the product. The order was written correctly. I asked and was told that they only replace window sills if the wood is rotten. I requested that mine be replaced although mine were not rotted. I paid $300.00 extra for this service. My other request was that they leave the hard wiring to my alarm system exposed so that the system could be reactivated. Both requested were denoted on the contract. On the day of the installation I was told that they didn't run into security systems that often and they couldn't expose the wires. I don't think they knew how to do this. I later found out that it would have cancelled they guarantee if the windows are drilled into. The security people told be that the wires should have been pulled through the walls. They said other installation companies do this routinely and know how to do it. Needless to say they buried the wires. I had to go to a wireless system. This ran me an additional $600.00. The regular price was $900.00 but since I have been a customer for 15 years and I explained what had occurred the security company lowered the cost. They installed the first two windows and did not replace the sill. When I asked where the new sill was they offered to nail a piece of wood over my existing sill. I asked that they call the office. THEY REFUSED! I called the office and when they tried to call the installer, they wouldn't answer their phone. After several calls it was straighten out and my sills were installed. I ordered white trim on the outside of the patio door . This was correctly noted on the paperwork I was told the beige trim didn't match the siding or the door. Then why sell it? They didn't read the paperwork and thought I wanted beige. They then installed it under my old bent trim. When I said I had ordered white (after rechecking my paperwork) and to please redo it the installer was upset. After some strong conversation, it was fixed corrrectly. I hired a handyman to paint the sills. He had to recaulk the the wood trim joints on the inside door trim as well as reputty and sand the nail holes on the window sills. This was another additional cost that we had to incure. It is too early to rate the product but the hassle of installation was not worth it. I could not wait to get these men out of my home. I would not recommend this crew (they are the only installation crew for Champion in the Harrisburg, PA area) to anyone. The installer told me he is a subcontractor and usually hires excons to assist him. Really? I want an excon in my house? I was lucky his son was assisting on my job. I refused to sign the final release form. This caused another big issue. Why should any customer sign a release when they have yet to use the product? We were told not open the doors or windows for 24 hours so that the materials could dry. Buyer beware.

They did an excellent job with no problems. We didn't have to worry about them they were here when promised.
