 + -1 moreHe took advantage of a single female who believed he would complete the work he promised in the time he promised. He has taken my money and only completed about half of the project. The half he completed is poor workmanship and he caused more damage to my property that I now to pay to have fix. I had to hire a lawyer to hopefully recoup some of my money so I can get the project complete. DO NOT HIRE CAPTIAL CONSTRUCTION OR BRIAN IRELAND!
Description of Work: DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! Brian Ireland was hired to complete a project on my property. The signed contract said that work would be completed in 2 weeks, with half of the money up front and half at completion. After a week of work Brian came to me and said he ran into snags and need more money. Again in a week he came to me and asked for more of the money. We are now at 3 months and the work is still not complete and he has over 80% of my money. He is impossible to reach, as his phone is always off and he has no voice mail. I now have the township after me because he never got the permits he promised me he did. He has a million excuses for why he can't come and work. When a neighbor questioned when it would be done - he told them I hadn't paid him. Which was a complete lie!! Please don't put yourself through the same hassles I did.
