Bob gets the deposit, starts the job and them walks way. The supplies that I paid for by the deposit he kept and refuses to return calls. Bob refuses to finish the job.

The work done was under a carpet. By looking at finished work you can’t even tell as they put it back so neatly and saved my carpet. I hope with future rains, the problem was totally solved. Bob and his crew were very nice and kept focused on the job. I definitely put him on my call back list if needed.

Very pleasant guy that was great with customer service and keeping communication open with me. Deck mostly looks great, but there are a few areas where it seems a bit questionable as to the amount of effort put into details. Overall, very satisfied and would hire again.

Bob did a great job rebuilding and replacing deteriorating wooden deck with composite materials. His price was fair and the work was efficient and meticulous. He even went above and beyond my expectations, and was so easy to work with and concerned about doing the work the right way. Since I was so pleased with the quality of his work, I then contracted with him on a major project of replacing carpet and vinyl flooring with hardwood and some porcelain tile, as well as several less extensive projects.
