I think everybody charges too much.

Electrician pointed out problems we were not aware of and corrected them at a reasonable cost.

It was fine. He gave us options with costs involved.

We developed a situation wherein two sets of outside lights that were formerly controlled by two sets of switches at four separate locations began to work off the same switches. I tried my best to figure out the problem, failed, and called Bitner. They were prompt, professional, punctual, and left the area spotless after finishing. It turned out that the problem was corrupted underground lines between the house and the garage. The work itself involved some complex diagnosis, running a new underground line from the house to the garage, and some very complicated rewiring. The quality of the work was excellent. I felt that, considering all the work that was done, the price was fair.

They were fine. They were all right.

They were very responsive; they came when they were supposed to and did what I expected them to do. The gentleman that was here was very pleasant and did his work. The price was very reasonable for the work that they did. I have actually recommended them to someone because I was very pleased with the amount of money I had to pay them, their work and my experience with them. I have not had a problem since they did the work, so I guess their quality of work is good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
