+ -1 moreI called on a Wednesday and he arrived the next day. Once the problem was determined we made an appointment to have the new tank installed the next Wednesday. He arrived promptly and was finished within two hours.
Description of Work: I had to have a new pressure tank installed on my well water system.

+ -1 moreBates was very responsive and did a very good job. They quickly located the well when 2 other companies could not. I felt I received "old time service" that you don't get very often any more.
Description of Work: My buried home well pump failed and I had no record from the previous owner of its location. Bates located the well, excavated to expose the pump pit, pulled the pump, and replaced the pump.
