+ -1 moreRick, the owner, was running approximately 30 minutes late but called to inform me of his estimated time of arrival. He was very polite, friendly and courteous. He and his employee took approximately 1.5 hours to complete the work. On completion we did a walk around inspection and my home looked like it was built yesterday. The one side does not get any sun and there was a growth of mildew on the siding which he removed totally. I was very pleased with the work, the price and the professionalism displayed by this provider and his employee. One of my neighbors drove by and stopped and inquired about his services as he was finishing my home. I would certainly recommend his company to everyone.
Description of Work: Pressure washed the entire outside structure and pavement of my ranch style home.

The work looks great and I finally feel like I have the nicest home in the neighborhood. The hardest part of the whole project was waiting for the weather to cooperate so he could do the job. + -1 moreWhen I went out to see the work being done the second day they were here, they were using a compressor and were spraying the deck stain on the decks. At that point, I gave them a letter stopping all further work. The contract was for about $7000 and they had been paid for half of it. They are the only company that we do not allow to do work in our community.
Description of Work: In 2010, we as a homeowner's group signed a contract with them to do 18 decks. All of the work would be done all by handbrushing and that was specified in the contract.

+ -1 moreExcellent experience! Ric was very professional and timely with his estimate. Work was done 2 days after booking the service. We didn't have time to remove the window screens ahead of time and it was no problem adding that work to our service. All Decked Out did a great job of cleaning the exterior of the house, the sidewalk and the driveway. What a difference before and after their pressure washing--the siding looks great and our driveway looks so much lighter and cleaner than the neighbors! We'd used a different provider in the past, but our experience was not nearly as good. We will definitely use All Decked Out again!

+ -1 moreLast year we used a different powerwashing service and were disappointed as the house was unevenly , cleaned and some areas were not cleaned at all. All Decked Out was dramatically better. The job was thorough with excellent results. We are very pleased with the appearance of the house after cleaning and would definitely recommend All Decked Out for anyone whose house could use a good powerwashing.

+ -1 moreMy husband and I live in Georgia but still own a house in Pennsylvania. We had to evict a tenant who ended up leaving the house in shambles. We found All Decked Out on Angie's List and subsequently they were recommended to us by our the local real estate agent as well. After Betty was given access to the house by our real estate agent, we called and spoke with her over the phone to obtain an estimate for services. We agreed on what should be done, then set a time and date. On the scheduled date and at the scheduled time, Betty went in and completed a thorough cleaning of the house, which had been left in a pretty sad and deplorable state. The same evening Betty sent us both Before and After pictures. We were very pleased with the outcome. Betty even gave us suggestions for additional services such as painting and staging. I would highly recommend All Decked Out for house cleaning services and if we find that we need similar services to be performed again, we would definitely use them a second time.

+ -1 moreHe was very responsive to any questions or concerns or areas that I felt needed to be further "touched up". I feel that I am picky and he was patient about it. I would reuse his services. My living room is sort of dark and the lighting is a little tricky. He patiently worked on the carpeting and went over spots that were even a little bit questionable. I am pleased overall with his service and especially his good attitude. I will use him again.
Description of Work: Ric pressure washed my windows, sprayed for spiders, cleaned my awnings, and spot cleaned my carpeting. It was a difficult job because we have awnings on three levels that he had to try to clean and also keep windows streak free .

+ 0 moreI left a message on the firm's answering machine that I needed a power washing estimate for my home. Ric returned the call later that day. I described the work I needed and gave him my address. I never met Ric. He (I assume) stopped by my house to look it over and emailed me an estimate a few days later. I eventually selected another highly rated contractor who made a lower bid. Ric was pleasant and professional both on the phone and our email exchanges. His bid was reasonable; just not the lowest.
Description of Work: Obtained an estimate to power wash a two story house and garage. House is about 95% vinyl and 5% brick. Asked that special attention be paid to the north side with heavy mildew. No work was done. I hired another contractor with a lower bid.

+ 0 moreAfter a brief game of telephone tag, I spoke with ADOS's owner, Ric, for a quote, describing to him the approximate square footage of the house and what was needed. He provided a reasonable quote and we scheduled a date to perform the services. Due to weather concerns and Ric's schedule, the power washing was rescheduled for a later date. In actuality, Ric was able to perform his service a day sooner. He and his helper arrived on time and immediately went to work. They were thorough and conscientious of our garden plantings. The siding and the deck look great, and I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed and the professionalism of Ric and his helper.
Description of Work: I had the siding of the house, as well as a 2nd floor Trex deck, power washed.

The exteriors of the windows were also cleaned and look great. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner. I could not be happier and will definitely have this service again. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I can't begin to express the the gratitude to Angie's list for bringing Ric and his crew into the huge task of getting my aunt's home ready to go on the market. His communication skills are excellent and he and his wife have had a lot of experience in making a house look it's best. Not only did they thoroughly clean the home, they made the old worn carpets look new. Ric made some smart suggestions to refinish the very worn family room floor and take down the dated wallpaper and put a fresh coat of paint on the kitchen,family room and powder room. I never felt that he was being pushy in making these suggestions and the realtor concurred that it would definitely increase the chances of a quicker sale. While Ric was contracted to do the work, we found out that there had been a slow leak behind the wall where the refrigerator was removed. After the plumber repaired the pipe, I asked Ric if he would mind repairing the wall prior to painting. He did not mind doing the repair work. This is much more than a cleaning company. Not only did he do the necessary repairs but he hauled away some of the junk left in the garage that the auctioneer did not want. Without Ric, I would have had to hire someone to fix the drywall and hire a hauler.

+ 1 moreWe just had the pleasure of having Ric in our home for several days as he painted walls and ceilings throughout except for the bedrooms. I was home most of the time he painted and I can confirm that the work is excellent. He examines his work and attends to the small details, no matter how tiny. Neighbors came in to see his work and their comments were most positive. One is going to contact him to paint her entire interior! His price was competitive if not less than others but offset by the quality of finish. In the past he has pressure washed our patio and sidewalks and also cleaned our rugs. We use ADOS housecleaning services every two weeks. Our association will continue.
