The owner was very responsive and the work was top-notch; the house looks great!

Showed up on time and performed the contracted service to my satisfaction for the agreed upon price. Perfectly pleasant fellow. No problems with his demeanor or professionalism. I hired him to paint a bedroom and he painted the bedroom to my standards. Cannot ask more of a contractor than that.

Ric Caylor responded promptly to our call for a quote to have our newly rebuilt deck sealed. He arranged to look at the job at end of day Friday (even though it was getting dark), questioned us about what we wanted, and was very informative about sealing products and stain colors. He emailed us an estimate the following day and was able to schedule our job the following week. We wanted to get the work done before cold weather set in. When he and his assistant came to do the washing on Friday afternoon, he noticed some dirt on the siding, which he volunteered to clean up at no additional cost while they were washing the deck. He also noted some stamps on the deck boards, which he said they could sand off, also at no additional cost. They returned Monday morning to do the sealing/staining. They were very careful to mask and put plastic over the siding, windows, and doors and the exposed concrete foundation under the deck to protect them from the stain overspray. They also applied stain to exposed areas of the underdeck so that the project looked good from all angles. Overall, we are very happy with the results, and Ric was very easy to work with. We would use him again--his firm does a variety of home maintenance and improvement projects.

Great Job! On-time, friendly and very thorough. Cleaned 1st floor and 2nd story rain gutters, hammered in any loose gutter spikes and removed all debris.

Hired Ric to paint my kitchen cabinets and my front and back doors. He was very promt at coming over to give me an estimate for the work and then getting me worked in to his schedule quickly to do the work as I was getting ready to list my house on the market. Ric and his crew did the work over a two day period and did an excellent job. All the work was labor intensive as the cabinets and doors needed extensive prep work before they could be painted. Ric was extremely professional to work with and always promptly returned my phone calls/e-mails. I would not hesitate to recommend him for his services.

This went great from start to finish! The owner was very responsive, contacted me very quickly and provided an estimate and explanation of services. They arrived promptly, reviewed the details of the service, and did a great job on the house, patio and sidewalk. Its amazing how good everything looks! I have used other power washing services in other areas and this is the best job I've ever had. They went above and beyond to remove some very resistant spots on the front siding. They aren't the least expensive provider I contacted but their service is worth every penny!

I particular like it when a service provider is friendly, takes time to show me what they did and comment and provide advise on my particular situation. He showed me that the mulch that I had put down last year had fungus and was creating little black spots on the siding which he said is very difficult to remove. He suggested I use pretreated mulch in the future to prevent the black spotting on siding. Also pointed out I had a bat hiding away below the gutter--Oh My!

I recently purchased a new home in the area and the deck had not been maintained in quite some time. I am new to the area so was looking for quotes, etc. Ric was the first one to come out and see the job, talk me through the quote and explain about all the stains, etc. They did a fantastic job power washing it clean. It really looked pretty good without the stain, but I had decided to do the stain as well and it is just beautiful now. The best part of it was they managed to get it all done without needing me to be there at all, which was a great help. I highly recommend them.

Contractor responded quickly to service request, arrived on time and did an excellent job. He pressure washed our patio which was badly discolored and stained. He cleaned the garage floor which was sadly in need of attention, after a hard winter. Both surfaces are gleaming! The contractor, Richard Caylor, was very professional, friendly, courteous and informative. I highly recommend him and would certainly hire him for future jobs.

I did not use this provider. I got a quote form another provider and the work got done within couple of days.

They left the gate open and the dogs got out. I wasn’t too happy with that. I have six dogs and when they left, they left the gate open. All the dogs ran off and I was able to get them back.

Great job by All Decked Out Services, this is the first time the exterior of the home has been cleaned in 16 years, turned out much better than I thought. They showed up in time, did a great job, finished up with-in a few hours. No issues with my many plants I thought would be in the way, they used a environmental friendly cleaner which didn't harm any of my plants or grass. I also had some nesting birds under my deck which were not bothered but slightly, thanks again All Decked Out Services!

On the first day, the deck was pressure washed. They also did the siding around the deck, which was great. One the second day, the deck was painted. Two coats on everything with a third where needed. It looks great, and we can't wait to use it all summer! We corresponded primarily by email and Ric was very prompt in answering all questions. Job was done as quoted.

Ric was easy to work with, flexible, and offered excellent value for a reasonable price.

On April 10, 2015, Ric and his assistant, Chris, arrived with all of their equipment to clean my roof, remove algae from part of my siding and clean my solarium. They arrived on time and worked hard to made everything look as good as new. This was the second time I had Ric clean my roof, the previous time was three years ago. Because he did very good work and gave me a fair price, with a senior citizen discount, I had him repeat the process. I live in the woods and the roof tends to grow moss, algae and accumulate forest dirt. It now shines amidst the trees.

It's a fairly straight forward. I was gone for some of the time but he cleaned the carpets well.

I have a relatively large house with a very complicated roof. The patio and roof had not been cleaned for years. I don't think Ric realized what a big job this was going to be. It took a lot of work just to clean the patio because the dirt was so ingrained in the stone and was falling apart. Many of the gutters were clogged, but they very patiently cleaned them out. Ric also asked me if I was interested in cleaning the roof and showed me what it would look like by cleaning part of it. It was amazing to see the difference, and I decided to get the roof cleaned as well. Even that was challenging because part of my roof is very steep. Even though the work took longer than he had anticipated Ric never made any mention of that. He charged me the original quote. I was very impressed with his professionalism as well as his worker.

I have been a home owner for over 30 years and employed the service of many contractors over the years. Ric Caylor, proprietor of All Decked Out Services is by far the most professional and competent I have ever employed. All the work done by Ric was of the highest quality. He was always on time, very considerate of any changes we asked for, and hard working over the six full days the project took. In addition he was trustworthy--we had no problem leaving him alone to work on the house while we were away for extended periods. The cost for the project was very reasonable--a great deal given the quality and extent of the work performed. He has our highest recommendation.

Over the past year, Betty has helped us turn our new house into a home. She has helped us select paint colors, curtains, curtain rods, pillows, blinds, furniture, and other odds and ends. She has an eye for detail and really understands our style, budget, and what we are looking for. We are a young family and want a warm, family friendly house and she gets that. She always has great ideas and her energy is contagious. She does a fabulous job.

The house looks fantastic! We are more than pleased. Ric and his team paid a lot of attention to detail; sidewalks, downspouts, concrete patio, front porch, windows, shutters, garage door, etc. All areas were covered, nothing was missed. We are amazed how great it turned out. We didn't realize what a big difference pressure washing would make in the appearance of our home. We highly recommend Ric and his team. They were extremely professional and just did a wonderful job!

Excellent--Ric and his staff were very professional making sure the work done was clean and exactly matched what was agreed upon. Ric was also flexible, completing several other small projects that we added on once he was on site and we saw the quality of his work. The price was fair and comparable to other quotes, but met with much greater professionalism and in a timely manner compared with previous contractors we had worked with.

Ric was very responsive from my first call for an estimate and even came by later that same day to meet with me. He was good at explaining the services he could provide and the differences between the paint products he could use, as well as listening to what I wanted and suggesting services that would enhance the project without being pushy or trying to hard sell additional work. He provided a very detailed quote that included all the smallest details we had discussed about the project. He was able to give an estimated start time a few weeks out and began the job right on schedule. He was very helpful in selecting the paint color for both the deck and the play structure and they turned out looking very nice. The first day he arrived to start work he was accommodating working around some landscape work that was being finished up near the deck area. The next day he and his team worked steadily all day and completed most of the work, then cleaned up all debris and equipment until returned after the weekend on Monday, at which time they finished up all items. I appreciated that Ric and his team addressed all work items we had discussed and they were thorough with all that they did. I was very happy with the experience and in fact am hiring Ric to do another job power washing our house and cleaning the roof.

Everything looked so good! They went beyond my expectations. I will definitely call them again in the future.
