Description of Work: Following the hurrican last fall, there was not must left of our finished basement... so I requested an estimate to refinish it. The gentlement sent to do the estimate showed up on time and was very nice. He ask questions as to what we wanted, made a lot of notes and took measurment. The estimate I received was well defined and very detailed as to labor and material costs. My only complaint is that it took about three weeks to get the estimate. I did not call Handyman Matters to do the work because I received an estimate from another contractor with a better price for the work to be done. However, I would call Handyman Matters in the future to give me an esitmate on other work to be done in our home, as I felt their estimate was resonable.

Description of Work: Was dissappointed in their quote over the phone of $900. They said that they only do phone quotes ( which I felt was odd). I ended up going with a different painter who quoted me $500 but finished ahead od schedule so only charged me $480.

Description of Work: This company is fantastic! I called and Ricky came out within a few days. A few days more we had our quote. Work started on time every day and clean up happened each day. We had wallpaper removed and new wallpaper installed in our master bathroom. They installed a recessed oval mirror medicine cabinent, new lighting fixture and painted the bathroom ceiling. Also a new granite counter and sink were installed, including new faucets. They also painted my master bedroom and ceiling. We also had them paint our kitchen, dining room and foyer ceilings. Our front storm door was damaged in the wind and that was also repaired. We highly recommend HandymanMatters of Harrisburg. Very professional and caring. The office staff is wonderful to deal with. As a side note, we had to wait for another roll of wallpaper to arrive and it was delayed by two weeks (my fault, not HandyManMatters). Wallpaper arrived finally, and HandyManMatters installed the next day I was available to be home. Don't hesitate to call this company for anything you need done, you won't be dissapointed!

Description of Work: Painted water stain on two story interior ceiling. Arranged for same paint that by builder used 3 years ago, all on their own. Very easy to deal with, and most importantly did a great job.
