PALE PLUMBING

We were told by Pale Plumbing that the work would be scheduled for a specific week in August. We left two voicemails and sent two text messages to confirm the exact date and time, but we never received a response. Pale Plumbing never acknowledged our attempts to contact them, and they never showed up as promised.

We thought he was very trustworthy and personable. We will definitely be using him in the future.

He didn't actually do any work, and didn't even look at the second issue. He did call back and say he would give me an estimate on the job, but he never really looked at the issue. He was here for an hour, but I wasn't happy with the service fee, as no work was really done.

The whole experience was as painless as possible. Pale plumbing responded quickly, did great work in a professional way and we will highly recommend them! They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned everything up! A+++++++++

Vince took my phone call at 5pm after another plumber blew us off. He was at my house very late to try to fix my hot water tank. He came out the very next day. He was a lifesaver! Highly recommend him to anyone!

He came out to install the water heater right away, even on a Sunday. He is awesome and we would love to have him back soon to do some more work. He is not overpriced. He is very clean, organized and detailed.

He was prompt and on time. He found what needed to be fixed. He told us what had to be done. He gave the estimate. He offered to take the charge of the inspection off and also give the discount. We didn’t buy the house. He was knowledgeable. He knew what had to be done. He was licensed.

Showed up late, did poor quality work with cheap materials. Paid 1/2 total on expectation that he would come back and finish. Beginning November, 2011, Pale wouldn't return calls. Pushed us onto his brother who was also unresponsive. Eventually, we had to fire them and get another plumber to finish the rough ins. Pale's work was not done well. Shower drains were off center, etc. We are in litigation at this point to get part of our our money back. Of all the subs on the project, Pale was the worst.

They were good and did a good job.

This was not the first time I have been pleasantly surprised by the outstanding quality of service that I have received from Pale Plumbing. I have been a loyal customer of Pale Plumbing since 2007 when I first called him to get a second opinion on a costly (and it turned out to be-- unnecessary) replacement of the main water line coming into our home recommended by another local plumber. Because of that positive experience we have called Vince whenever we need a plumber. In addition to replacing the tiolets, he has replaced facets, a garbage disposal and several shut-off valves to our complete satisfaction. Vince is a true professional.

Overall a very poor job. Countertops were cut shoddily and were not properly secured to the cabinets. Many items were left uncompleted. Actually had to fix his work regarding the stove installation. Stove had a vent for the top burners, but was told that to make the venting work, the stove had to be pulled out 8 inches from the back wall so a vent outlet could be inserted in the house side wall. When he left, I fixed the problem myself by reading the installation instructions that came with stove. Unfortunately, I now have two vent holes in the side of my house.The only good thing about the job were the new holes in the kitchen/living room walls and the drywall work performed. Unfortunately, he subcontracted this portion out, so it wasn't really his work.

They did an excellent job. They were punctual and were very dependable. We will use this company in the future.

He was very reliable. We have been using him for two years now and we have never had any issues. He is always punctual and shows up when he says he will. He never says he'll try to be there if he can't be and always does a very good job.
