Never returned my call.

Came on time to do some painting and remvoal of a wall border. Seemed personable. Job took 9 1/2 hours. Seemed along time compared to other painters used previously. Price seemed excessive. Had previously discussed another project to be done at this same time and person did not come prepared for it.Was going to change some light switches and electrical outlets. as to bring was what needed to do job. Had already checked to see how many of each was needed. Did not have them to do job. Agreed to call back within 2 works to schedule this project. No call or messages. Called and left 2 messages over 7 days with no response.Work was overall work performed was ok. Not resposnding to customers is not good business practices. If a compnay or person does not want the job then simply say so, do not ignore customers.

He is wonderful.

Dave was prompt, friendly and thorough. I feel like I have gotten my money's worth. He had the parts necessary to fix the problem and went above and beyond to cleanup the fireplaces to make them look like new. He also was very patient with me to show me how I can take care of the fireplaces myself as well.

This job was needed due to a buyer's request in conjunction with selling our condo. With a pending vacation and the close date on the condo not far away, we urgently needed to get it fixed. Dave made time for us. When he showed up (early!!), he was so friendly and professional! Originally, we only hired him for the corner bead issue, but then our homeowners association's maintenance guy asked if Dave could fix the drywall around the sprinkler while he was there (our HOA covered the sprinkler's mounting plate but they did not plan on the hole being too large). Dave said 'no problem' and did it with a smile! Once complete, he showed me the work to make sure I was happy, and he cleaned everything up very nicely. He had to move a stand-up freezer , storage boxes, and a mounted storage unit to do the ceiling repair in the garage. And when he was finished, he put everything back as it was...he had even kept track of which box was placed where, so we would know where to find our belongings! I cannot say enough good things about Dave. Truly! I told him I was keeping his number for our new home, which is older and will certainly need some repairs. I am so glad we found this company!!!!!

He came out right away this morning. He saw it was from the drain in the tub. He was here for about an hour-and-three-quarters. He was able to fix the problem. It was handled very quickly. Because I told him what we were seeing, he came prepared. He gave me his rates over the phone yester, so I knew kind of what to expect. He has a base rate and charges additional on each hour after. He answered everything to my satisfaction. He’s definitely somebody I would call back again.

Dave showed up at my house on time, dressed professionally, with a truck that was well labeled and obviously was prepared to start work. We initially sat down and talked about my budget, my long term and short term goals for correcting the areas I want improved in the house and he understood. His manner made me confident that this man knows what he's doing. I plan on having him complete all the projects I have.

Excellent quality work done in a timely, efficient manner. He cleaned up after the work was performed. Will definately call him again.

He is the best you could get to do work in your house. He is careful and meticulous. His price is right. He is very knowledgeable. He is great. If you need him he is there.
