Greg is very responsive and knowledgeable when quoting us for the job. He explained to us possible causes of our problem, and gave us a few options, including detailed explanations, regarding work involved to resolve the problem. I enjoyed talking to him and getting his professional opinions. Although we did not use his company for actual work due to our own reasons, we are still impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism.
