I requested a quote for an issue I was having with my home theater speakers. I received a call within 5 minutes from Christopher Smith. After I explained the problem, he suggested I make sure the speaker in question was connected properly. After I confirmed it was, he asked that I check the front panel of the receiver. He then suggested I push the "effects," button which changed the display from "straight" to "5 channel stereo." My problem was solved with the push of a button--no service call, no charge. Chris was polite, and patient on the phone even though he would not be getting a service call. I would highly recommend him.

The guys are very professional and knowledgeable. Even though I had a small problem, they gave it their utmost attention and made sure and i was completely satisfied. One criticism however, they were a couple of hours late for the appointment. I had to call them to find out where they were. Wish they had called me sooner to let me know they were running behind so I could adjust my schedule. Having said that...I will definitely use them again.

Didn't do the job that I asked for. Left wires exposed and created an unsightly circuit outside of the wall . I had to bring people in over the weekend to finish the job properly. I was charged almost $300 and I am not sure why. I supplied the mount and I ended up doing most of the work! So if you have $300 to throw away on someone installing your mount that you bought then leaving wires exposed select these guys ! Honestly do the job yourself , It isn't difficult at all

Chris was outstanding. He arrived on time. Was very flexible when we made some last minute changes to the services we requested. And did a great job hanging our tv, setting a home theater system and programming two remotes. Will definitely work with Control Freeks again.

Control Freeks arrived on time and were quick, courteous, and professional. They took their shoes off before walking on my carpet without me even having to ask and got right to work. When the bill came there were no surprises and the price was fair especially given the quality of the installation. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. When I need anything home theater in the future this is who I'm calling first.
