Description of Work: We've used Roy Lomis several times since 1998. The quality of their service & installers used to be VERY HIGH! From what I understand, Roy Lomis no longer has full-time, company employee installers .. the installers are now contract workers (to me that sounds like a subcontractor). Since then I have been seeing the quality slowly diminish. The last 3 installlations (2012 - 2013) were acceptable, but not quite the high quality I had grown accustomed to in the past (i.e. seams were slightly noticeable, installers were running out of carpet and cut the carpet a bit short on our basement steps).

IT WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND WITH GREAT CARE TO OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THE INSTALLERS WERE WONDERFUL, CARING AND CAREFUL IN ALL ASPECTS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
