+ -1 moreI cannot more highly recommend the Harleysville crew for any and all of your restoration needs. When the freeze hit us, followed by the flood (a couple of burst pipes and a blown hot water heater) this team was right there to answer any and all questions, advocate for our best solution for our health and family, and to provide a listening and understanding ear in a time of crisis for us. Do NOT go anywhere else. If you get the chance to work with these gentlemen, hire immediately. They are not only consummate professionals, but they are also kind. And that, is a rare and valuable trait to find pulsing throughout the entire organization.

Jerry helped me from the very beginning, calmly guiding me through the process and explaining everything to me step by step. He truly took a terrible situation and made it feel like I wasn’t in it alone and made me feel that my safety and comfort was his absolute priority. The mitigation team was extremely professional and a pleasure to have in my home. They even traveled out during a snow storm to ensure my safety and comfort. The customer service was wonderful and the restoration/cleaning of our building was excellent! Paul Davis cleaned up a large inside sewage/water spill. Following the cleanup all the very strong odors completely vanished (which was amazing). I would highly recommend this company as well as Seth and David Hassis who provided great service and communication throughout the process. The clean up was meticulous. A++++

I had water damage from a broken bolt on my 2nd floor toilet that leaked through the first floor ceiling. All restoration was done in a timely manor and did a fantastic job! The whole crew was respectful to my needs and kept me aware of what they were doing and what steps they were taking to finish the project! I would recommend Paul Davis to everyone!
