I was under a time constraint and needed work done to finish my basement and have it ready for an already scheduled painter. My original contractor abandoned the job and Case was able to schedule me the next day to finish the job, which has been unheard of in my experience with other contractors. They were very timely, professional, and courteous. Additionally, Case consistently followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied and to schedule additional work that I needed done.

The initial meeting going over our needs was very thorough, and all questions were answered. Rick came over and discussed with me what was going to be done and how. He showed up on time and delivered as promised. When another problem with the same area arose, Case responded quickly and is taking care of the problem. Throughout, everyone has been very responsive and courteous.

While these types of projects always seem to take a little longer than expected before you start, the project went smoothly with no real surprises and we are absolutely thrilled with the end product. The 80's look non-functional bathroom, with an unused tub and extremely small shower stall was replaced with a modern, beautiful and peaceful bathroom, with a walk in shower to die for. The extra closet has really provided needed storage space. I now finally have a home for my shoes! I knew we would end up with a much more functional space but I didn't know how great the space would feel and look until it was completed. Everyone that worked on the job was professional and knew their trade quite well, from the designer, to the carpenter, plumber, electrician and tile work. They communicated well, setting expectations and timing and did their best to stick to that. I was obvious they take pride in their work and strive to do the best job they possibly can for their customer.

Since we joined the two rooms, we have used the dining room multiple times and the entire space feels sooooo much bigger. The wood floor which we were afraid would not look good patched, looks great and like it was planned to look that way. The company was great to work with, trying to keep dust and dirt to a minimum and completed the project quickly. Since the family room is open to the kitchen, that was very important to us. We are thrilled with the results.

They have been on call for us quite short notice, in general very prompt accurate and flexible. They are willing to work with me and have me by their sides through everything. Seems as though they do everything right at the right price.

The estimate by the representative was lower than it actually took - 1 day (it ended up to be 2 days), but I am not surprised because I was aware of the initial problems left by the previous contractor - different company. The appointment was scheduled tentatively in 3 days, with the option to have it in a week if the carpenter wouldn't be available. Carpenter came in time, and did a great job. Were proficient and creative - working around somebody else's mistakes, and suggesting a better solution to problems (I talked to couple carpenters before him).

CASE was recommended to us by friends who had used their services and were very happy with the results. We had some nagging electrical and plumbing issues that I just didn't feel like struggling with so I gave CASE a call. Both people I talked to on the phone were friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule us an appointment for just a couple of days later. Rick called the day before our appointment to make sure he understood the scope of what we wanted to accomplish. Rick quickly knocked the items off our to do list and really seemed to be trying to get the most completed for us within the allotted time we had purchased. We have already scheduled our next appointment with CASE. I wish I would have known about them sooner. Definitely ask for Rick.

Everything Rick accomplished today was outstanding. Rick is an awesome carpenter and the shelves he built in my garage are the envy of my neighborhood. He also constructed the hutch part of my desk, which I had been struggling with since it came in pieces and it looks great. I had bought a new light for my kitchen and Rick installed in without any problem and it looks great! He works quickly and is a total professional. I would have him repair anything in my house with total confidence. He is also very pleasant and friendly and didn't mind my dog (who can be annoying at times.) Overall, I highly recommend this company, especially Rick.

It went great. This was the 2nd time I had work done by Case Handyman & Remodeling, using Rick. He is very good. One time we had an issue with a shower door, and he came back twice to make sure it was right. And it's been great ever since. It was a design weakness of the door. Also he is very comfortable around dogs and I have 2 dogs. One of them can be intimidating, but he's fine with them. So that is a big plus.

I recommend them. They show up on time, are great to work with, do a great job on any type of work. Ask for Rick.

The Case Carpenter arrived and removed banister so flooring crew can later install hardwood floors on the steps. My wife also wanted the fireplace hearth (which is raised) lowered to the floor. He then had to tear down the raised heart hand rebuild it flush to the floor, installing the marble. After the hardwood flooring was installed the Case Carpenter reinstalled the banister. Job done well and professionally.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They went above and beyond what they were contracted for. In addition to doing a great job on my bathroom, they also fixed the doorbell, which needed to be fixed. They covered all the furniture and carpet to keep things clean. They did a great job cleaning up; it didn't even look like they had been there to do the work. Another nice thing was they brought all the samples and colors for the job to me. They also recommended someone to me to power wash my deck, which was nice that I did not have to look for one myself.

Great. Rick worked for 3 1/2 days to complete all projects. He was prompt, arriving when he said (or called to let me know he was caught in traffic). He called the night before to discuss the project list (we had the work done in 2 installments) to be sure he had the right tools in his truck for the days projects and what the priority was. He was very conscientious and was very communicative - if he had any question he asked - he wanted to be sure it was done they way we intended the first time. He often provided options to consider before he proceeded with the work and we discussed them to minimize downtime and to try to avoid potential problems. He was very attentive to detail - making the best effort to hide the wood repairs and blend them into the existing wood finishes. He worked efficient and very diligently. We are very happy with the final results and our house is again protected for the wet/winter weather.

My husband is a civil engineer and he did not complain one time about their work so I know it was done right. They did do really good. They were on time and very reasonable. As far as price goes, my hubby deals with that. I think they were fair and I feel they are just as good as anything.

Extremely professional craftsmanship, as well as, courteous, clean, timely. They have a strong work ethic and can be trusted to do an excellent job. We have been thrilled with their work and felt it was worth every penny. I mentioned to one of the workers that a lot of their work was not visible and once a wall was complete no one would know the quality of the workmanship. The response back was 'We know'. All the workers take pride in their work and it shows. Almost all of the work is done in-house, no subcontractors, so they are solely responsible for quality and schedules.
