Clint and his team installed the unit, added two Hide a Hose units on the first floor and added connections in the basement. I purchased a unit during my renovation. I added connections into the wall but got no further. Clint and his team came in and finished the job plus added two Hide-a-Hose units on the first floor. These guys know what they are doing. The final price was exactly what was quoted up front. They are neat and timely. Look no further as Clint is a honest guy and only does Central Vac installs so he knows what he is doing

They were so good. They put the central vac in my house and you would have never known they were there. They put it in and there was not a speck of dirt. They cleaned up so well. They had a great attitude. I would give them an A+.

I purchased a central vac system from CJ Miller back in 2009... it was one of my best decisions ever. CJ Miller has provided INCREDIBLE customer service. In this case I called them to report a few peripheral items (hide-a-hose and turbo cat zoom) that had broken... I expected them to just order parts and charge me (which would have been fine as their prices are as good as any on the internet) but they fully took ownership of the failures as warranty items... they had the items in stock and were there the next morning at 8AM to install. If that wasn't enough to warrant this review, they also did a walk through of the system and corrected a item that I didn't think could be fixed. A+++++++++

My central vacuum never worked correctly from the day I moved into my new home. We called Miller and he responded immediately. He came to the house and indicated that the unit was broken and completely removed and replaced it with a unit that holds a lifetime warranty. He was very easy to deal with and the vacuum is still great.

CJ Miller is a seller and servicer of central vacs and regular stand alone vacuums. I've called them several times with questions about my central vac, and they often can diagnose and suggest the fix over the phone, which saves me a service charge. The time they came out to replace the circuit board on the central vac, which had been damaged by lightning, cost $300, which I thought was pretty reasonable since it included the part and the labor. They came out one other time to help us figure out what was going on with the vacuum since it kept filling up with water. They figured out that there was a leak in the line where it went underground to our detached garage and suggested blowing some spray-foam into the conduit in the hope that it would seal the crack. They did not charge us for this trip since they didn't fix anything. (Incidentally, we did what they suggested and it did work - we haven't had any water in the vacuum since.) They are darn nice people and very helpful!
