I called and left a voicemail first thing that Sunday morning when I realized that we had no heat. I received a response within 15 minutes during which he told me he'd be at my place in 2 hours. He arrived a little before then did a thourough inspection then told us what the problem was and how much the repair would cost. I had a coupon for Angies list which he immediately honored adn we've had no trouble since. I'd definitelycall them again.

I sent Adam a msg via Angie's list in the afternoon and he responded the next day, and showed up that afternoon to take a look at what I was asking which was a new garbage disposal and to just take a look at my HVAC systems and a few leaky faucets, as I just bought the house a few weeks ago. He fixed one faucet that day and came back the next day with the disposal and part for the other faucets. His price was fair and service was prompt and seems to all be in working order thus far!

I found Adam to be an amazing serviceperson and educator. he showed me how to bleed my radiators and informed me i should do it each year prior turing on the furnace. He also showed me how a gauge was installed incorrectly and although it should be replaced in the future posed no issue at the moment but said it would help with diagnosing problems and showing correct pressure. He was professional, actaully a very nice guy and an extremely hard worker. I am now enjoying amazing even heat as never before and would recommend him highly to anyone!

I called on a Saturday morning, and he was able to come that afternoon. He tried to fix the unit temporarily, though it ended up not being repairable. He said he'd order the part on Monday, which he did. It arrived on Wednesday, and he installed it in the evening. Overall, Adam was very professional, as well as pleasant to work with. He didn't gouge me during the Saturday visit. He kept me informed as to the delivery of the new unit (since it was delayed). He showed up on the day he said he was going to (if not quite the hour). I was quite impressed with his professionalism, and would definitely choose him again if (ok, when...) the need arises.

First called because my oil fired boiler was not staying on and the previous serviced wouldn't show up. Called on Saturday morning and they came by at 2 pm. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me in depth (i'm a new homeowner and am not used to boiler systems) and reset the motor. The boiler turned on, but he told me it might need to be replaced soon. While he was there, I had him replace a leaky gas valve. I was charged $100 for the valve. He also showed me how to bleed the radiators. The next day, the motor needed to be reset again, so I called him again to replace it. He met up with me that day with another guy and replaced the motor within 30 min. The total charge that day was $175. He even called me that night to check and make sure I had heat.

We had had several bad experiences with other repair people; however, after we called Adam Floyd of Absolute Plumbing and Heating are luck changed. He responded to our call professionally, came the same day we called, assessed our problem for free, gave us an estimate, ordered the part we needed, explained the entire process, got the part, installed it the same day it came in. He came exactly when he said he would, was neat, efficient, and quiet (our children were taking naps and he was quiet and they never woke up). He treated both my wife and myself with respect. He was never condescending and the cost of the repair actually was 30 dollars less than the original estimate. The best experience I have ever had with a service professional. I would highly recommend him to friends and family members.

Checked that it was working b4 leaving. Cleaned up area b4 install (area was wet and dirty due to broken water heater) and after install. Was called on a Sunday AM....Picked phone up on 3rd ring and was at my premises 20 miles away in 45 minutes Left cell number when he left in case there was any concern later. A professional in every way
