I was very happy with the service I received from this company. Adam was professional and listened attentively to my concerns. He fixed what needed fixing and was fair about the pricing. If you need a plumber, Absolute Plumbing is the company to call. Ask for Adam although I think he answered the phone himself each time I called. Reliabable, prompt. I now have him in my phone because I know I won't find better.

The tenants in our rental property in Philadelphia called us to let us know that a small drip appeared in the basement when the plumbing in the 2nd floor bathroom was used. My husband and I had used Absolute Plumbing and Heating to fix the furnace last autumn and were very impressed with the service that was provided, so we called Adam Lloyd and asked if he could meet us at the property and check out the problem. Since we have to drive from our home south of Baltimore, we wanted someone prompt and reliable. He showed up at the appointed time, looked at the problem and determined that the pipe connecting the upstairs plumbing to the lines in the basement was cracked, and that he would have to open up a wall to replace it. He gave us an estimate, and we agreed on a date and time. I showed up early to cover furniture, etc. ( the tenants were out of town) and he showed up with his assistant right on time. They were very neat in their work, leaving no mess and they were done by the end of the day. Though I did cover the furniture with plastic drop cloths, there almost was no need, in spite of them having to cut a hole in the drywall (which they closed up beautifully), and remove and carry out a large,corroded pipe. They did an excellent job, are pleasant and very courteous and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. If I could give them an A+ rating, I would. I know I will call on them again when we have any kind of plumbing or heating problem.

They were very good. I have no complaints at all. I had a major flood after the hurricane and they did a lot of work for me.

Came on scheduled day & time and completed work.

Came to our home and said all of drain did not have to be replaced. Scheduled for the work to be done. Arrived on time, called when he was on the way. Excellent work.

Monday morning I flushed the toilet and got a wet foot. After looking on Angie?s List, I called Absolute Plumbing & Heating. Adam returned my call in about half an hour. Per my request we arranged that he would come out the next morning. I flushed to toilet a few more times during the day. Didn?t seem to be leaking. Thought about canceling. Didn?t. It?s an old house. When I retire soon, I?m going to sell. Decided best have it fixed whatever it was. Next morning Adam and helper arrived at 8:45 AM. They worked for 2 hours. The flange was corroded and cracked. They had to chisel it out, then weld the new flange. Bill was $275. For four man-hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Anything plumbing or heating, I?m calling Adam.

Where do I even begin in expressing how amazing my services with Adam Lloyd have been. Let me start by saying that I am the type of person who compulsively researches every decision involving spending money! So let me put your mind at ease by telling you that your money and your home are in good hands with Adam. I am a Registered Nurse on a budget and after saving for ten years I made the biggest decision of my life by purchasing a fixer upper home in South Philadelphia. In order to get my home in livable condition and up to code, I needed to replace my entire HVAC system (AC, heat and vents), dig up replace and re-submerge my entire soil line into the ground, relocate my water main, reinstall the entire rainwater drainage line in back of the house and install new PVC extensions and water lines for new bathroom and washer. When spending approximately $15,000 I wanted to make sure I did my homework and after getting estimates and consulting with five different contractors from Angie's list, I decided Adam was the man for the job. Adam gives free estimates and works around your schedule for consultations. Adam?s prices were very competitive and after a lot of research I decided to use his services for all my plumbing and heating work. I honestly feel that I owe Adam for a lot and here is why: Unfortunately I forgot to properly file with the city for some of the permits I needed for my home construction and as a result I was told I may have to rip down some of my walls to allow for proper city inspections. However, several of the inspectors in the city seemed to know Adam and when they came to the house with their clipboards and citation worksheets, Adam was there by my side to talk with them. The inspectors immediately told me I was lucky because they knew the quality of Adam?s work from having several construction affiliations with him in the past. I was told that a simple fine was all I needed to pay and that I would not have to tear down my walls. Adam is a hard worker, strong moral character and uncompromising in the quality of his workmanship and apparently so well respected that Licence and Inspection agents refuse to question his work! A+++ experience all around!! I have worked with about ten people so far in the process of repairing my home and Adam is hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. Thank You Adam!

My call was promptly returned. Adam showed up on time, answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Explained the heating system to me, did the work he said he would do and made sure the new thermostat was working prior to leaving. Very satisfied would definitely use this company again.

We have a rental property in Philadelphia, but live south of Baltimore, so when we need work done, we need to be assured that the contractor will show up and do the job right. Mr. Lloyd did just that. From my first email inquiry to the job getting done at the appointed time, everything was first-rate. He told me he would show up between 9 and 10 and at 9 he called, letting me know he was running a liitle behind, but he still managed to get there by 10. He and his assistant were very courteous, they left everything clean and explained what they had done. I would definitely recommend them for any project you might have. Absolute Plumbing and Heating is the best!

They completed the project in one day! Originally they said it would take 2 days. They were on time, very professional, and it was just a very good experience. They even cleaned up after themselves which was a plus! I plan to use them again in the future.

Was called in the early afternoon for an estimate, Adam came out that same day and repaired our leak. Also; looked at a blockage in our washing machine pipe. Great service, very professional and explained in detail of what was being done and needed to be done in the future. Thank you!

Called up Absolute to have plumbing work done on a kitchen and bathroom job. The plumber, Adam, came by to diagnose the job, made a very reasonable estimated price for the work and made an appointment to come by on the weekend. He replaced my faulty kitchen faucet with a new one and, going by his suggestion, he replaced my leaking trap with the new and appropriate supplies while, also removing some of the woodwork underneath, in order to complete that job. The bathroom trap replacement needed a little more additional work than originally estimated, as he had to go into the wall to replace a small section of pipe. All in all, he handled the whole job with nary a hitch to involve me with, and completed it in about three hours. Thoroughly professional and competent in his duties. I wouldn't hesitate to give out my highest recommendation of Absolute to others for their plumbing work.

The guy who came out was a really good plumber. Their rates are very reasonable. I’ve used them more than once. They got the job done. They are prompt and they are on time. I don’t know how they do it but they have one guy out at one time. He must have been here for at least three hours including the time for him to come here and leave back. So their rates are really reasonable and their work is good. They were good. I’ve already used them a couple of times. We will use their services again in the future.

Adam is a good person and if I have another plumbing or heating problem he is the one I will call.

Adam was great. We discussed the project over the phone to get a loose sight unseen quote. He was punctual, professional and neat. I look forward to hiring him for my other projects!

We called 4 plumbers and he was the only one who responded right away. He came over and quickly fixed the problem (previous owners had not properly leveled toilet). Seal had broken and was leaking. He braced the toilet underneath and rebolted the toilet. It's now incredibly solid now! So happy I no longer have to worry about the toilet falling through the ceiling.

Overall excellent experience. Returned my call and came over to the house on a Saturday evening to take out old water heater which was leaking. Helped me to vacuum up water. Returned on Sunday and installed new water heater. Very helpful, pleasant, polite, and professional. Have already recommended him to my friends.

The fellows from Absolute were very knowledgeable, professional and competent. I actually called the company to look at a leaky air conditioner, and thought I needed a sump pump also, for a rain-logged basement. Later, we realized water was leaking from a drainpipe into the house. (Our drain pipes connect to interior sewer lines.) Absolute diagnosed the problem, fixed it--and didn't try to sell us a sump pump, which may not be necessary. (We'll see when it rains.) This may have saved us $1100. Adam and his assistant worked without disrupting our family at all, and dragged up concrete and dirt from the basement without leaving any mess. It was an excellent experience.

Of the 5 estimates I received, Absolute was the only one to give me an estimate immediately. They sat down and went over the options and numbers at my dining room table, all the others said they would email it, but I had to chase them down to get their estimate. Absolute was able to start in less than a week and took 2 full days to install the equipment during which time they were very professional and respectful of my house. All wiring was dressed in nicely and the duct work was clean and tight. They cleaned up with no incident. I highly recommend the work done by Adam and Mike. These guys go the extra mile. Since the outside AC unit would not fit through the front of the house, they lifted it over 2 fences and into my back yard!!! Excellent equipment installed to high industry standards. We have used Adam for a number of plumbing and heating repairs, from installing sinks and fixing or replacing pipes to teaching us how to bleed radiators. He is extremely professional and does excellent work. He also is a teacher as well. I highly recommend using Adam's services, and I am a tough person to please.

They said they could come out in 2 days, on a Saturday. That morning I called and left a message asking for a more specific time. Their office called me back and said the technician would call when he was on the way. That was 4 days ago. They never came, they never called back.

My air conditioning was not cooling. I emailed from the Angie's List site and received a response shortly thereafter. We set up the appointment for the very next morning. They were able to give me a one-hour window, from 9 to 10 am and Mike showed up right at 9:30 after phoning ahead to let me know he was on his way. Mike was very pleasant and immediately started to educate me on proper maintenance. He also explained everything he was doing and why in detail. He was patient and answered my questions. He explained how to change the filter for the furnace and helped align the cover so that I could put the cover screws in more easily. I felt I was dealing with a company with a great deal of integrity. I would definitely use them again.
