Description of Work: Les is easy to work with, but also has a busy schedule. He has good subcontractors and does a good explanation, written agreement, confirmation, etc. as well as excellent work.

Description of Work: Les is conscientious, professional and courteous. He listens carefully and explains options. He also outlines what he can do and what he cannot do. Rather than promising to do everything himself, he offered suggestions on other contractors who could do the work he could not. I would definitely use him again.

+ 2 moreThe price was reasonable. The guy that owns the company is a perfectionist so everything he does is just perfect, and we like that. It is a really good company. They have good workmanship. He is coming back in the spring here for some more work.
Description of Work: Structure Perfect put in some new patio doors. We had him do an enclosure on our deck, finished a room in our basement, and do some other work around here. They put pavilion floors and managed the construction of our patio and pavilion. He has done a lot for us.
