Perfect , professional and came out within hours of my call. These guys have the best customer service. If you need to clean out your septic these guys are great.

Sometimes, the operator must be in a hurry because the tank is not emptied and is completely full after only 3-weeks. They try to tell us it is because of the rain. Then, why is always OK when the older gentleman comes out and this only happens when the younger man comes out??? Plus, twice, in the past, we had been scheduled and no one showed up. We had to call to find out what had happened and then wait for someone to come, either later that day or the next day. This is not good. Especially after someone has had bariatric surgery, which causes even more issues.

First Time I called as a purchaser and Donna was extremely rude when I was asking questions about what I needed to do to get an inspection. She was very unprofessional, very matter of fact and acted like I knew what I was talking about with being an out of state resident and never having a septic. "Well this has to be dug and a manhole put in first. We cant inspect this without this being done!!!!" like I knew better and I kept telling her I don't know how this works. So once the seller called I found out it was backhoes etc involved and called again. Spoke to someone who was nice and they told me that they are sending seller a quote to do the dig and would call me to do a same day inspection once it is scheduled. Didn't hear back and found it took a few days to send the seller the quote and was told AGAIN that they would call me to schedule inspection once dig was scheduled by seller. NEVER heard from them. When the seller scheduled the dig, I called them spoke to Mrs Smith herself who was really nice, she scheduled my inspection, told me it was better to be there just in case I had any questions, gave her all my information and thought I was good to go. So the day of the inspection. I drive over an hour to get the house, again because I am out of state to pull up and find out that no one is there, no construction, nothing. I call and get Donna. Again, extremely rude. Said she called the seller and cancelled the dig the day before because of the ground being too wet. (My appt was separate, as will be my payment and for something different) I said someone from her company should have contacted me to let me know and she didn't care about anything I had to say, she contacted seller and cancelled dig and how do I expect them to dig while the ground is saturated and they are not in the wrong and hung up on me. Did say sorry for any confusion, NOTHING!!! I absolutely understood why it was cancelled but expected a phone call from them letting me know they had to cancel. The seller can use them to do the dig, however, they will not be doing my inspection or receiving any future business from me. Donna is extremely nasty and unprofessional.

Not very well. Had them out to pump out another house a couple years ago and that one went fine.

At first they didn't want to come out because I was "out of their area", then after the receptionist checked magically they had someone in my area the next day. Said they would come out and look at the problem, call me back with an estimate. They came out the next day when I was at work. Never heard back from them about the estimate, but 2 weeks later I got a bill in the mail for $75!!!! It was not an estimate and clearly said labor charge for work, needs dug up and replaced. That was it, never received an estimate, the company never called me, and I was never told there was a fee to have someone "look". I immediately called the BBB and reported them. Just received a letter from them today stating bill canceled, and a rude comment that said "we love to work for $0 pay". Stay away from this company, they are simply unprofessional and have unethical business practices.

He was OK. I spent about $300. The job turned out pretty good. He was excellent.

Smith's Sanitary Septic Service I remember the gentleman that came out was very pleasant and very nice. And we were having trouble finding our septic tank and he was trying to find it and they ended up coming back and they couldn't find it. They just seemed to be very friendly and accommodating.

Young fellow arrived promptly, was very courteous and did his job completely, even though it had started raining. No complaints.
