Ultimately I was not pleased. We had some work done which kicked up a lot of dust in the house. The filtered had gotten clogged. They came out and repaired our system, which still works, but they voided the warranty. The service they did was okay, but I was disappointed that they voided the warranty.

From the initial estimate to start and finish of the work we were very happy. We had a walk through estimate met to discuss the written estimate. They were not the only company we had estimates from. They were not the least expensive, but, were very competitive with their pricing. The installation team were prompt, very polite and very clean. They were here for a week and cleaned up at the end of every day. They worked in extreme heat conditions in our attic and were amazing with the stamina they showed. They made sure we were never without working air conditioning throughout the install by completing the downstairs unit first and waiting until the upstairs was completed before switching over the vents. They walked through everything at completion explaining the air cleaners, how to do our own preventative maintenance on those, how to work the new thermostats and how to change the settings after they did the initial set up. They even came back a week later and made sure everything was working properly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service was fine. I use a different company now only because I purchased my new furnace from them.

They were prompt, very professional. They didn't try to oversell, and they just addressed the issues. When i had questions about doing something, they said that it wouldn't need to be done, and I really appreciated that.

I was tired of freezing with my Heat pump and after 16 years of service, I decide to retire the present system. Received 5 bids, including BGE Home, Siegman was my next to last bid. Siegmans was a liitle higher than BGE Home and after discussing the bid, they came back with another bid that was lower than BGE Home. I checked their references and was very impressed; everyone I spoke to was thrilled with their service and knowledge. Siegman went out of their way to investigate the system I would need and took the time to explain the units that they would be installing. They also told me that Trane was offering a $1000 rebate and BGE was offering a $750 rebate They were able to schedule the installation for the following week and arrived on time. They arrived at 7:30 with 4 technicians and they spent the next 7 hours removing the old units and installing the new TRANE units. It was a difficult installation as we moved the air conditioning unit to a new location. This required new electric lines, and coolant lines throught my basement ceiling and out the side of the house.The techs were neat, they put drop cloths in my basement and they worked like beavers, even though it was pouring rain outside. When they left that day, I had heat. As this was December, I was very concerned that I would be left without heat. I was assured when I signed the contract By Rick, that a large enough crew would be assigned to insure that when they left my house at the end of the day, I would have heat. My fears were for nothing, I had heat when the crew left for the day. They cleaned up after they were finished and vaccuumed the basement and showed me how. to use the new thermostat. A few days later, I received a call and was told that they would be scheduling a 2 week follow up visit to make sure everything was working well. They came back in 2 weeks and spent an hour checking the system to make sure it was operating correctly. It is so cool to see a well managed company with professional and courteous technicians. I can't recommend this company enough. Get all your bids and then call Siegman Forced Air Systems

Our next door neighbor wanted a heating technician because something went wrong with their system and recommended them so I went with them. I am very satisfied. They are very efficient.
