Description of Work: Regal has 7-day service for our furnace and heat pump. They have always been very prompt and courteous. When we were first-time callers, on a weekend, their service was excellent. |We have a service plan, so I don't recall any actual costs.

Description of Work: I had a leak of condensation from furnace. Another service had looked at it quickly and patched where it was thought to be leaking, but it did not fix it. Regal determined it was a broken part and had to order it. I also requested that a vent in a closed in porch be blocked due to a recent placement of my freezer. It took 2 trips but the work was excellent and instead of putting a block on the vent, he put a damper in the air line. He spent several hours which worried me regarding cost, but the final bill was lower than I expected. The serviceman was cordial, professional and explained and showed me the cracked part causing the leak. He made a glue temporary fix until the new part came in which held for the duration. I appreciated his manner and not treating me like I didn't know anything about his trade....because I do.

+ -1 moreThe guy who came clean the air conditioning thoroughly he was here over an hour. Usually they charge $75 just to come here but he did not charge for the cleaning that he had done and fix other problems with the unit. We also do them for other things in the house, like plumbing. They are also very responsive, if you have problem they come at once.
Description of Work: Cleaning for the heating last October and do some maintenance and repair.

+ 0 moreI never had to return calls. They were prompt and they did good work. I never had any problem since and everything works fine. They were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive, I would say they were average. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Regal Plumbing Heating & Air. I had three jobs all at the same time. They had to connect to a public sewer system. Then I had a new heater and a new a/c unit installed by them.
