+ -1 moreGarage build went very well and was completed very quickly after job was started. Due to thier work load they need to schedule a minimum of two to three weeks out to get you in thier schedule. After job was started it only took 6 Days from start to finish and this was broke down as:1) 1 day to frame, pour, and set concrete slab for floor 2) They had to wait a 2 days for concrete to set before they returned to start build.3) They started and completed the full build of the garage in the final 3 days. Thier staff was friendly, professional and worked very hard and efficiently.
Description of Work: Had Pine Creek Structures/Construction Build a New Detached 2-story 3 stall Garage at the new property that we had just recently purchased. Note "Pine Creek Contruction" is thier "on site" Garage building division and "Pine Creek Structures" is thier pre-fab already built deliverable stuctures division. We used the Pine Creek Construction division for our job in this review.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job and I was very happy with their work. They contract with the Amish people and bring them in to do the work. They work very hard and the structure itself was built very well.
Description of Work: They built a garage for me. The garage was 28 feet by 32 feet, a very nice size garage.
