 + -1 moreQuick and effective! Nothing is more convenient than an automotive repair house call and it is a good value with personalized service when I use Pan Am Mobile. I am a DIY backyard mechanic but somethings are beyond my ability. The a/c on my 1989 GMC Vandura has an R134a conversion kit in it and has always been problematic no matter what I attempt to fix it. Dio from Pan AM Mobile was able to identify issues with the a/c quickly, showed me why it was being problematic, and effectively repaired and charged the system in no time. He also provided me with a tutorial on what I can do myself to continue to get more "cool" out of the system through simple maintenance and cleaning of the a/c evaporators (the system on my Vandura has two). Dio has helped me on several automotive projects and repairs. His automotive repair knowledge and skills has always impressed me. He is personable, very professional and stands by his work.

 + 3 moreI called Dee and he was at my home with his repair truck the next day. There isn't anything having to do with small engines that has ever stumped Dee. He is competent, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I'd never use anyone besides Dee to work on my small engine problems.
Description of Work: I have a zero turn mower that needed to have the engine replaced. I bought a short block (housing, crankshaft, camshaft, piston and rings). I called Dee because he had worked on my mower (at my home) in the past and done an excellent job. He first removed the old engine from the mower, then moved the usable components from the old engine to the new and then remounted the repaired engine. It was a job that would have taken me days and he did it in hours.
