Description of Work: They were very responsive to our request for quote and worked with us through the contract process. However, beware they will hide changes to your building with the contract. Our posts were supposed to be on 8 foot centers and the contract reflected that. However, when the building went up they changed the gable walls to 12 foot centers. This made our 40x36 building unstable. Additionally, the lumber was not the highest quality. I would have tossed most of the material to the side if I were buying it from the local lumber yard. The contract never stated the difference between the gable and ridge walls. Also, things like post protectors and rat guard is not included. They will not tell you this during the contract period. The communication was very poor from the signing of the contract and down-payment. It took five months for construction to start. We receive numerous excuses on the delays. We have been having problems with our windows leaking and now the ridge wall. They have been here twice to fix the problem and they still leak. In the past three weeks I have left a message for the owner twice and have not been contacted. I have been able to contact the construction crew leader but have yet to hear form the owner about their plan to fix the problems. Overall I am pleased with the construction but have no faith that they will stand behind their work. The "D" for professionalism would have been a "F" if it wasn't for the construction crew. If you decide to hire National Barn Company, do not use the Eastern Division.
