Keep It Simple

Tim is one of those people who has such a positive outlook, he makes you feel better. Showed up early, which is ok when your roof is leaking. Tim took some pictures around my trailer's chimney and showed me the leaks $65! Sure thing! Showed me pictures of completed repairs. Waited for some strong rains and I must say Tim's repair has held. I don't expect any problems. He was even nice enough to complement my landscaping. I would recommend Keep It Simple! Start to finish was fast and, well, simple!

Tim and his crew did a great job installing our new roof. Jami was very friendly and responsive to all my calls. We will use them for future home improvement projects. They are a great team.

They actually called back, unlike many of their competitors, that was a great start. They showed up on time to give an estimate. They showed up to actually do the work much more quickly than I thought they would be able to. The work that they did looks great! This was all very much appreciated! Highly recommend.

Tim and his crew were very fast and efficient. They did the job cleaned up and when they left, except for the fact the repair was done you couldn't tell they had been here.

Found a water spot on the ceiling and immediately logged in to home advisor for help on who to call. Keep It Simple got our appointment and we couldnt have been happier with the service. They were here within a half hour of appointment confirmation and were able to fix the lost shingles causing the leak on the spot. We will be calling them if we need help in the future.

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job! They took our splitting, splintery deck and made it look brand new. To top it all off, they also repaired our front stairs, and power washed a ton of bird poop from our front door. I would definitely hire them again, all for far less than I feared I'd have to pay for the deck alone.
