+ -1 moreObviously, Angie's List needs to drop this "vendor." Either the entire company is no longer in business - or they have dropped the local service provider.
Description of Work: That's the problem! I accessed this company's very impressive website and followed instructions carefully to choose the services I required. However, when I reached the final stage of the order, the "Payment" section, a pop-up informed me that there was an error: "Merchant configuration file is missing, empty, or cannot be read." Thinking that I may have made a mistake somewhere in the process, I repeated the steps once again, but the same message popped up during the final stage. I sent an e-mail for "Online Help," but I was informed that no one was available to respond at that time (Friday, February 15, 2013, 1:29 PM), so I noted my problem in detail and e-mailed the company as directed. I then called their 800 number for help only to receive a generic automated answering service. I left my name, number and problem. Today's date is 2/24/2013. So far, no response to phonecalls or e-mails. Is this company still in business?
