We started with termites because we live in a lake community as per the suggestion of a realtor. The next season added spiders and ant due to the rain. This year we added mosquito, flea and tick. Very happy with the last service. TruGreeen mosquito was ordered and never done. Home Paramount's service has greatly reduced mosquitos and may flies.

Since March, I've had to call Home Paramount to my home almost every other week. I still have ants. In fact, I have more bugs then before they stepped foot on my property. The guarantee on their website is "Bee happy or bee reimbursed". This is not true. They know that I am not happy, and I have NOT been reimbursed.

I called this morning, talked with a very friendly and courteous young woman on the phone. She thoroughly explained the pricing options, and I opted to go with lower price initial visit, with a additional fees for service every 3 months. I told her about my concerns with my dogs and she said there wouldn't be a problem. Then she scheduled someone to come between 11-1 same day! I was delighted! Adam, the Technician arrived at 12:45, I explained the ongoing problems with the ants. He knew about my dogs and puppies, then explained how he would be treating the house, reassuring me my dogs would be completely safe. Adam then treated the house using a dust he injected under the woodwork inside and the siding outside, and a gel-type bait. He also told me about 2 ant colonies he found outside, saying he really doused them heavily. Adam told me to call in if the problem didn't seem to be getting better after a few days (which is a normal amount of time for the "foraging ants" to carry the poisonous bait back to the queen, and how that worked. I reassured him I would definitely be doing that, as I had gotten really freaked when we were unable to get rid of the ants ourselves! Paramount, and Adam Mitchell, came to my rescue!!
