Description of Work: Our kitchen sink had several leaks at the joints. Replacing the basket strainer kit, a branch tailpiece, a clamp and a clip. It took two hours.

My only complaint is that when I called and asked their pricing they told me they charge $70 per hour and of course couldn't give an estimate until they saw what the problem was and see what parts they would need. They sent two people and when I got the invoice they charged us $70 per hour per person so it was actually $140 per hour.I feel they should've told me that two people would be coming at $70 per hour per person when I asked the pricing. I was interested in having them do additional work (replace faucets, sink etc) and when I asked the plumbers that came they also said it would be $70 per hour. I would definitely ask how many plumbers would be coming before I hired them again.
Description of Work: We had a new toilet installed the week prior. Apparently we had a broken flange and The installer did not fix it. When we told him the toilet was not tight he said the wax seal needed to set. The toilet got worse and the first installer ignored our calls so I found this plumbing company on Angie's list since I was apprehensive after the poor service by the first installer. I called this company and explained the situation and they said they may be able to make it out that afternoon which was great since I had been away and didn't get to call until Friday. The called us about two hours later and asked if they could come out. They had to take our toilet up and used a flange repair kit and then reinstalled our toilet. They were very good about explaining what had happened and what they did. They were very professional.

 + -1 moreI was able to call them and get them out right away. I had an unrelated plumbing issue that they had to come out for a few days later that I didn't have to pay full price for .Very courteous and professional. Reasonably priced.
