+ -1 moreThe installation went very well and we would recommend them for other work or repairs. They gave us a written contract with a price and we paid the price on the contract. We have a ten year contract for them to come out and service the unit each year. We were completely satisfied with the work and unit.
Description of Work: They installed a new HVAC system for us. We have a system for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. At the time we only needed a new system for the upstairs. All work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up after they were finished. We were completely satisfied with all work.

+ -1 moreThe installation was handled professionally and smoothly. The installers ran into a few problems, but they were handled and no other costs were incurred and the unit was installed in the time promised and we were pleased with the work and job performance.
Description of Work: Installation 2 ton heat pump system in the same location and removal of the old system.

Description of Work: Found and repaired leak in heat poump system. A different contractor worked on it twice and couldn't find the leak-DESCO found and repaired it in about three hours. First class service-absolutely no complaints.

Description of Work: The provider performed routine AC maintenance, and had to add coolant to the system.
