Dependable and did a good job. Happy with the service. We did hired them 2 days ago and still currently using them.

It seems as though this company might have a problem keeping employees. In the relatively short time I used them there were three different employees that came to my home. Each had a different quality level, of course. I worked with all of them because everyone was so nice. The last interaction though made me terminate their service. Their last employee sent to me wasn’t moving an ottoman that my dog uses to conduct her neighborhood watch. lol. Anyway, she also eats her treats there and sheds there so I specifically asked her to move it to clean. She didn’t. Also, I have 4 animals. I have 1, 3 piece couch and one chair that the first two employees had sense enough to vacuum. The last employee although I asked her specifically, didn’t vacuum the couch. I emailed one of the owners who said “we don’t vacuum furniture. If anyone else did it, that was on them.” Then he said he would talk to the employee so that she would add that to what she does, adding, it shouldn’t add that much more time to the schedule. Wow.

Oh so good! These people are fabulous at what they do. AND I’m really impressed with how nice everyone is. I’m using them twice a month.

I WILL be continuing services. I've worked with Jim, and he's been very responsive to my emails and the NICEST touch was that he came for the first service then called two days thereafter to ensure I was still satisfied with the services that were performed. Easiest money I've spent! I will recommend to anyone with ears and am actually in the process of recommending to a close family member! In short: If you need professional cleaning services at a great rate, this should be your go-to!

It went well. They were pretty thorough and good,

I have been using their service for several months now. We get a bi weekly cleaning. We recently moved and needed a move in clean on short notice. Chris was great. She sent 2 girls to clean and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

I tried calling a few times about setting up times to get the house clean. but never got a call back. and the one time I did get to talk to her she said she had to check her book then she would call me back later that night and never did I get that phone call.

We continue to be impressed with the thoroughness of Chris' Cleaning!!

I was not here while they were cleaning but was told by my husband that they did a very thorough job. When I arrived home I was pleasantly surprised. The place looked wonderful. It was very clean. I would highly recommend them.

Jim and Chris always do the first cleaning personally, and then they match one of their cleaners with your home based on the home size. They did a superb job. I feel like this is the best $75.00 I've ever spent. They spent four and one half hours here! I have scheduled them to come once every four weeks.
