Roof took 3 weeks to be completed. windows were never put in. after 3 months of calling him. then finally threating him with legal action. He refunded the money for the windows. roof has warranty but he never gave me any paperwork for it.

Upon removal of the siding, severe water damage was found. Andy had to rebuild the entire back portion of the house, (Two Story) including a new foundation. Andy helped us step-by-step with this unforeseen disaster. With his knowledge and work, we were assured all will be fine. As work went on, we decided to add more work to his plate, including new interior doors, remodeled bathrooms, paint kitchen walls, cabinets and trim, installed new hardware, new drywall, among other jobs. We are very please with Andy and his crew's work ! They are very professional, knowledgable, polite, and walked us through our entire construction. Also, accommodated us with all of our add-on's. Good pricing. I would recommend this contractor, and will be using him in the near future again !

Everything was done in a timely manner and done to code as per the inspector that came to inspect the deck. The crew is very professional and works efficiently. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone!!

Excellent work was performed by the owner and his crew. He was prompt with his service and any questions I had for him. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. Very professional.

The contract was signed and down payment was made around March 20th 2016 for work to begin immediately. Work began about 2 weeks later on April 2nd. After three days of work the site sat idle for a month before footers were framed and poured. The subcontracted mason was onsite and completed the foundation around May 25th and again the building sat idle until the end of July. Andy Chopka claimed that he had made a mistake when he ordered the Trusses and it would take 2 weeks to get the new replacements on site. Several weeks later around September 8th the trusses were delivered and hoisted into place and the roof sheeted. I had to personally get involved with Andy Chopka and his mason to get the floor poured. The building has seen no progress for almost 3weeks now. I have made every contracted payment on time and in one case over paid. Funding for my project is not the issue. Contractor scheduling and work management is the issue. I am currently looking to hire a new contractor to finish the project. I would not recommend Junior Chopka Construction for your construction project. Not an honest contractor. Even after holding a consideration fee from him he had no more motivation to complete the project.

This is an outstanding contractor. It is rare now a days to find a master tile-man who produces high quality work with such precision and caring. This is one contractor I will recommend to anyone.He and his team did outstanding tile work in my (2) bathrooms, painted and installed fixtures with a high degree of professionalism and care for his work.I cannot say enough good things about this contractor he is fair and works with great precision. My wife and I appreciate everything he has done work us and we love our new bathrooms.
