Guess I’m the unlucky one. Needed a well installed. Install date moved so many times, I dont even remember. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, make sure you see their written appraisal. I was never never told that there was a $575.00 fuel surcharge !!! Couldn’t believe it. Didn’t even think that was legal. Paid original invoice of over $7000.00 minus the surcharge. The bills keep coming for the surcharge. I guess I’ll wait for a notice from a magistrate and let him sort it out.

They came right out when we wanted an estimate and did an excellent job of preparing us for the amount of work and mess in the yard that would be required. They let us know that the estimate came with some risk (such as the required depth of the well). This was in early summer. After a large number of delays and long periods of silence, we finally got the well installed in early December. The cost was slightly more than expected, but consistent with the estimate and the risks they told us. The work was nicely done and the well water system works perfectly.

I was really impressed with his diagnosis and repair. He also replaced or repaired several items that would extend the life of the well pump. I was very impressed with the work done. And found the price to have been more than reasonable. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: My elderly Aunt had an issue with water in her house. The plumber thought it had something to do with the well. So we call Fry for an opinion. The service man arrived as promised. Actually called to ask if he could come a little early. We were fine with that. He evaluated the problem and stated that the repair would require certain equipment that he didn't have with him. he described what he thought the problem was and how they would fix it. he thought it would be done in the next day or 2. They called the next morning and asked if they could come that morning. They showed up with all the right equipment, went right to work and fixed the problem. They described the repair, so we could understand it. They cleaned everything up neatly.
