Description of Work: Assessed & rehung loose gutters. Stabilized downspouts & added extenders. Caulked chimney flashing. Removed, re-screened & rehung 7 lg. porch screens. A little pricier than expected but I did not get multiple estimates. He was timely, completed the work to meet expectations of auctioning the house.

+ -1 moreInstalled new windows, made the kitchen window larger and moved it down, so me (short person) could finally see out. Resized the office window, removed siding and put it back. I LOVE MY NEW Windows. I love the extra touches - I have used this contractor about 10 times in the last 8 eight years. He also fixed the entry way to my kitchen which had a broken threshold. The best thing about using this contractor is the extra touches. He suggested wider windowsills - now that they are all in - what a difference. It just gave my house a boast in appearance. Some of the things that really bugged me about the old windows, he fixed. Like lowering the Kitchen window - the new window is 10 inches higher and two inches wider - the extra light makes my whole kitchen POP. My office window was two small windows - I now have one Big one. All the finish work is perfect. If you want more than your old windows popped out and new ones put in - this contractor is the best.

+ -1 moreHe came right out when I called for an estimate. His price was right. he explained what was going to do and why. We had a small communication problem at first ( no follow up call on bid ). But he promptly corrected the issue. Cleaned up nicely after the job. Only found 1 nail so far in the lawn , With a 49 square roof thats not bad. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: The contractor put a new roof on my home and new gutters.
